I love this store. I could spend hours here. The have the best plastic bags too.

If you told me the staff here were robots or on happy pills, I would believe you. The staff are so friendly it is almost unhuman and unnatural to be that nice working in public retail. I am amazed at how friendly they always are. That tells me they have good managers and good training (or at least I hope!)

If they sold ammo, I might never shop anywhere else. If it's a tool and you can't find it here, you don't need it. Great seasonal sections. Drive through lumber yard, and the best price on big bags of gummi bears.

Love this place I call it my candy store. Lol! They have everything except for meat. Great place to shop plus you get money back if you send in your receipt for the rewards points. Awesome deal

This five star review is dedicated to Bob at the Paint department, who gave us great suggestions for our stair railing makeover project. Bob is really kind and knowledgable. He helped us pick the right type of product for our needs, which saved us tremendous efforts and labor. We really appreciate his help.

Excellent customer service! I had an item delivered 6 months ago and I didn't realize the product was damaged until recently. I went to the store to see what my options were and was greeted at the door by 2 extremely courteous and helpful customer service ladies who assisted me with my exchange. The General Manager, TJ Taylor, personally delivered the replacement item the following day. I highly recommend this store!

Been to this location numerous times. Today was the first time really needing help. Every person working made my life easy and helped me with a smile. Today has been a stressful day and the couple trips here were an oasis. You will continue to get my business and praise!

Raymond was very helpful to me explaining the types of carpet they sold and each ones features that could be used on a wooden deck, protecting the deck from the elements, as well as beautifying it.

And they had it thank you very much we even found a few things that we didn't need.

I choose to spend my money here because the business model seems to revolve around customer service. Employees are generally polite and helpful. For example I had problems locating an item based on the location it gave in the app. The worker I spoke with looked busy but walked me to a computer at the back and explained it was in a different location after looking it up. He then walked me to the correct location in a different department and found it so I could purchase it. Thank you for your help!

There aren't very many kind people in the world today. I was helped by the sweetest man named Philip Russell in the Saint Peter's Missouri Menards!! He helped me from the very 1st step until I put it in my truck! Is what an awesome employee!! He deserves a raise🤗 thank you Phillip, Merry Christmas🌲

Wonderful, when I arrived the self service propane tanks were down. My thoughts were not good, I figured it was going to be forever. My very pleasant surprise was at the service desk. I asked about the propane and she got on the intercom paged someone to help me. Quickly took my money and by the time I arrived with my old tanks, the young lady from the counter was there with help. Quick and pleasant and back to the grill.

Menard's is hands down the best home improvement store ever! It's well known that it's my "happy place". I lose track of time going up and down all the aisles. Not only is Menard's a great place to shop, they also employ some of the kindest, most helpful associates in the business. I love every opportunity I have to go and "Save Big Money at Menard's!"😃😉

We expected a nightmare, but were pleasantly surprised! Walked in asked an employee where replacement xmas bulbs were, a Manger walked up and took us to them!! We were in and out after buying a few more items in 20 mins! Great service and friendly folks 😊

I failed to get the gentleman's name last night but whoever was working the yard last night needs one heck of a raise. He helped me load plywood on my trailer and was patient as I tried to figure out how I wanted to space it given everything else i was loading. I needed 50 bags of concrete and he removed 14 from the pallet (there's 64 total on a pallet), shrink wrapped it and placed it perfectly on my trailer. I said "you probably cringe with guys like me buying a ton of stuff" and he said "no...if u don't come in I don't get hours. No hours means no paycheck". Hats off to this guys work ethic and attitude, the world needs more like him. Thank you for all the help last night.

It's a great Menards, friendly staff that's there's no shortage of, so someone's usually always not too far off your needing assistance. Neither is their a shortage of material.

we had no issues to report. everyone was super friendly. isles are easy to walk through. they were not messy. in fact, the floor was the cleanest that i have seen it in a menards anywhere in the country. thank you for the clean, friendly, and uplifting atmosphere. if i could rate this place a 10+ -star rating, i most certainly would. everything was clean ; the people were nice (and knowledgeable) ; check out was quick and easy. best experience in a menards i have had yet. thank you.

i dont recommend taking children here. although if i remember correctly, there were a few toys. but i cannot quite recall currently.

i do not know if you can bring pets in here, but it is worth asking about. i did see some stuff for dogs and (i think) cats.

they do NOT require customers to wear masks ; it is up to the customer.

parking lot was open to where we could park close to the entrance. that was nice.

what other good and fantastical things can i say about this wonderful business?

the prices were reasonable. not too bad, but you definitely get the product for the price. some prices i saw were a little high, but most prices are better than walmart. and menards has way more stuff than walmart and lowes put together. i loved being here and just waking around with my friends.

honestly there is nothing wrong with this business.

I didn't like Menard years ago. I was wrong. It's the best. I always find what I need and I always get help from an employee. I drive many miles past the competition (both big box home improvement stores) to come to Menards.
