We hadn’t meant to be such difficult customers regarding our new washing machine and dryer, but we were. Matt, Kevin and Heather and several install and removal teams all provided excellent customer service. We are very grateful for the knowledge, skill, and kindness shown by all. We are very satisfied customers!

Has all the needs. This produxt was easy to install. Quickly made easy work of the quinoa and bean salad flushed down the sink. The sheer raw power is nothing short of awe inspiring. I also bought beef jerky.

Lowes is my favorite home improvement and tool shopping store, a ways have what I need when I need it. Prices are good. Quality products can always be found here. Clean store, clean and supplied restrooms, easy and plenty of parking with easy convenient loading zones. Very helpful staff, returns are easy without a hassle "this is very important". Always a good selection and this is my go to place. You can order on like and pick up in store which is very convenient. All in all they also give give a veteran discount and on veterans day they have a designated VETERAN marked parking area. Outstanding Lowes. Great job here. I highly recommend Lowes for all your home improvement projects.

We picked out our flowers for the flower garden and found some really beautiful picks! Lowe's is my go-to hardware store any time I need something. The staff here is always very helpful and you can find some great deals here.

Went to pick up an online order. All was well and the products were ready.

Wow what great Experience I had this evening. I was in the garden section and Andrew asked if I needed help. I was trying to get stone pavers and needed a flat cart. He went and got it & even helped me load them on the cart. Then also helped Load them on the Truck when they called for a floor guy to help load a customer.
I’m a pretty young guy myself and never get offered help so for him to go above and beyond was amazing service! Hold on to him Lowes you don’t find young men like that anymore.
Also Taylor was very Pleasant at Register. Great experience!

Went in to buy a new clothes dryer, but ended up getting a washer and dryer. Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will come back to Lowes for future purchases.

I would like to commend Terry Ruch for his outstanding service today. He helped me make the best decision in regard to the purchase of a new kitchen faucet. He was knowledgeable, polite, and patient. Thank you, Terry! ☺

I went to Lowes with a list of things I needed. I struggled a little because not all the aisle had signing. However one associate asked if I needed any help, which was perfect because a couple of things I wasn't sure of, but it turns out he was able to help me with everything. He showed me a couple of things I needed on clearance and he couldn't take me to the other side of the store but his directions were spot on and I found the items I needed no problem. I didn't get his name but he was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and the different areas of his store. This isn't an isolated incident whenever I go there their associates are always helpful.

The workers are so nice and helpful. My pup loves going here because all the attention they give her. They also apparently sell Easter chocolate so can't go wrong with buying a toilet and grabbing a chocolate bunny on your way to the register.

I was a home depot girl my whole life growing up and until I was 35. I didn't even consider Lowes on my weekly trips to get the many things I needed. I even worked at Home Depot for awhile in my 20's

Recently I moved somewhere that doesn't have Home Depot close, so I grudgingly had to start shopping at Lowes.....
And I will never shop at another store for my tools/ construction material. Lowes has made a convert of me. Even if they built a Home Depot in my back yard, I would still go to Lowes.

Why do I swear by Lowes? It has nothing to do with their products or prices. Because honestly, the 2 stores at pretty comparable in that respect. What wins my patronage is the way they treat people, and that they always go the extra mile.

1- I had some items I ordered that just didn't work. Not their fault, I just ordered the wrong thing. They not only took them back, but helped me research what product that would work for what I needed.

2- Their staff is kind and amazing! I have so many examples of this that I have struggled knowing which ones to include here. There was one day in was going to buy some material to build shelving in a closet. That specific day my special needs nephew was having a really rough day and was screaming. Very very loudly! 2 amazing staff members came to help. One of them remembered us from a previous visit and immediately got down and started talking to and playing with my nephew. The other ran races in the aisle with my neice while I figured out what I needed.

3- They have Caroline's Carts. Not many stores care about special needs enough to carry Caroline's Carts. Lowes does though. Which means I can take my nephew that I help care for to the store with me without having to juggle pushing his wheelchair with one hand and a cart with the other while trying to hold his twin sisters hand with my imaginary 3rd hand.

Thank you Lowes for caring about us as people, not just as customers. And for reminding me that there are still good people in the world.... and they work at Lowes. :)

I prefer Lowe’s over other home improvement stores because they give Veterans a 10% discount. That’s amazing and over time can save you a ton of money.
Anyhow, was at this Lowe’s to purchase a chain saw. Was immediately helped and the customer service was outstanding. Thank you Lowes!

Went in on March 14 (evening)to get materials and hardware to rebuild a Dutch door and door frame in 100 year+ old barn. Tom in hardware was simply outstanding with his guidance and expertise with helping me get the right products to successfully complete the job. Just an overall great customer experience.

This Lowe’s has helped restore my faith in Lowe’s in general where we have not had good experience. We drive 45 minutes to get here. Thankful to Kim in the Cabinets and countertops who really was a great help in placing my order and taking care of things for me. She made my day!

This is a really nice Lowe's. Very organized and clean. Their bathroom was immaculate. The only downside is their prices are a little higher than Home Depot
