AAA Downtown Cincinnati

AAA had specials going on. Was able to get my sons and their wives AAA Cards for Christmas. I did all of this over the phone. The representative was excellent.

Once I got connected to a person, customer service was quick and professional. The agent was polite and efficient. The gentleman, Tony Griggs, that serviced my tires was thorough, very friendly, and got here in 20 mins. Keep him around and treat him well AAA, because good employees like that can be hard to come by.

I really enjoy this particular AAA location.
The agents are very friendly and well organized too. And this location also doubles as a AMAZON pick up hub. Due to the rising number of package📦 thief's, this is were I have mine sent..

I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about this office and especially Larry who saved the day! My daughter and I came to Cincinnati just to see Taylor Swift and the plan was to also leave that night after the show to head back to NY. Well we ended up having a concern with the brakes 20 minutes prior to arriving in Cincinnati. Once we arrived in the city I called around and Thankfully I got Larry on the phone at AAA who said if you can get it here we will take a look at it. We pulled in, he greeted me and had the car on the lift right away. He then encouraged us to still try to enjoy the day telling us, "Go enjoy the city, do your Swifty thing and I will call you in an hour and let you know what is going on." Larry called as promised with good news! They were able to do the repairs and that it would be done before the concert was even going to start. I was so relieved to not only be able to enjoy the show, which was AMAZING, but also know that we were going to be able to go home that night safely. I truly am so grateful that he listened to our situation, took the time to help us and was so calm and caring. Larry even called me the following Monday just to make sure that we did get home safe and that there were no concerns. Larry at AAA is now a part of our ERAS's tour memory, and I am not sure who we talk about more, Taylor or Larry!! Thank you again and you should be recognized for going above and beyond for a Mother and Daughter 8 hours away from home. We were Enchanted to meet you!

AAA changed my battery in a Burger King parking lot today. It has a 3-year no questions asked replacement warranty and a 6-year warranty. The old battery died from old age. They also tested my alternator and connections, etc.
I really needed them today. They came through. Great, friendly fellow in the service vehicle.
Simply terrific.

Was helped by a great tow-driver. He was knowledgeable about what was wrong with our car, worked quickly, helped us find the closest mechanics, was pleasant to speak with, and was extremely kind. I didn't catch his last name, but his first name was Paul. Thanks again for all the help!

I can’t say enough about the help and professionalism shown by Brad Underwood. My 4 year old daughter and I broke down in downtown Cincinnati on our way to FL. I was unfamiliar with the area and not having any luck finding a place to get my car fix. Also, my phone kept cutting out. I was panicking a bit. Brad not only found a service center that was willing to wait for us to get there but found the part I needed to take to the service center because they didn’t have it in stock. We were able to get back on the road safely and make to our destination on time. The whole time not only did Brad coordinate the service I needed but made me feel safe and reassured everything would be ok. I’m so appreciative for AAA and Brad Underwood.

When our car broke down, we received very quick and professional care especially from James R. who towed our car. He was communicative, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of during this time of uncertainty. Thank you James!

On Monday, May 2, while away from home I had a flat tire. I called AAA and within 2 hours I had a very competent, kind, courteous gentleman replace the tire. Thanks again.

AAA Truck Driver stopped and calmed down a fight at a downtown bar. 5 Stars = above and beyond the call of duty. 5 Stars = Service. Now that's service.

I needed a company that can keep me safe if my automobile stops working. So I decided to join AAA. Haven't had to use it, but is nice to know I can get a tow, a tire fix, or a gallon of gas if needed. Like any insurance Yes it costs to have, but I found AAA will nor effect my auto insurance rates. If you call your auto insurance because they offer a towing side service, I found this gets counted against you and increases your auto insurance.

Mike was extremely helpful. Nice store had many items for sale. Park in their lot, the garage for free. I didn't know.

We met with Kathy (Cathy?) Who provided us with maps, a triptick and an EZ Pass and sent us on our way with cold bottles of water. Everyone in the office was friendly and attentive.

Larry is the absolute best! Car places can be sketchy but he definitely knows what he's doing and I very well trust him with my volkswagon (:

This location is filled with a wealth of experienced, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Memberships, maps, tour books, trip tiks, travel agency, passport photos, and insurance can all be found in one place. They offer great member discounts on tickets and have the ability to order foreign currency as well. (Disney, Kings Island, Cedar Point, AMC, Cincinnati Zoo, and many more) It has a small store for travel items with a good selection of options. (converters, adapters, rf wallets, luggage, etc.) Their staff is always willing to help in anyway they can. It feels like you've known them forever with the family friendly atmosphere created. Great store and location!!!!
