When you file a return and ask is there anything else they might need and they say, no immediately and don’t ask any questions seems strange but I would have accepted that alone. Our bank account was changed and the refund went to a closed account. So I proceeded to call and ask is there anything else I need to do and I was clearly told the IRS would send a paper check. Then after 3+weeks of waiting, I get a letter that I have to verify myself and creat an idme account to verify who I am and then it will take up to 9 additional weeks to process? Isn’t that something an accounting firm should know? Give us a heads up that it might be a possibility that this might happen? And when I call to complain, I am told that they can not predict what the IRS will do? You are an accounting firm! Yes you should know this might happen. Give your client a heads up it might happen! Then when I say we won’t be returning, I am clearly told we have only been with them for 2 years? My husband has gone to them when it was only Mr. Pierce!!! A new client, an existing client for 20 years, either way, treat all clients with respect and don’t try to defend something that you clearly did wrong. An apology would have gone a long way. The people I have dealt with there are extremely miserable! Beware if anything goes wrong when using this company…. It is not their fault and they are not client oriented.

After about 6 years with Julie doing my taxes. I have just found out that I have $60,000.00 in unnecessary taxes due in the last 2 years because of simply not taking 5 minutes and filling out 1 S corp. form. I am sick to my stomach every time I think about it. I'd look elsewhere if I were you!

Apparently they have been doing my taxes wrong for many years. And I’m not the only one.
