Delicious food, great service. Had the crabcake sandwich and chicken sandwich, both were excellent! Crabcake was huge and meaty, chicken perfectly crisp, and the bread for both was flakey soft and buttery. Tomatoes are orange!

Staff was very friendly, and they take reservations over the phone to ensure you are seated promptly. The menu items change daily and the options were all amazing and hard to choose from. This was a special dinner event for us and were very impressed. The food came out in perfect presentation and was delicious! We thought the meal experience couldn't get any better, but then came dessert. There were some classics of course but I decided to go with pecan pie and blackberry fudge ice cream 😍. We will definitely be returning to enjoy this local treasure!

Oh how I've missed Two Trees but cause for jubilee today and reflection on a delightful luncheon with four friends celebrating the Christmas holiday. Four of us started with the Mushroom and Truffle soup which was delicious. Salads, chicken sandwich and shrimp/grits dishes were spot on. Staff took good care of us. We enjoyed our leisurely and talkative time at Two Trees and one customer was overheard to say he had THE BEST pulled pork sandwich ever. Highly recommend.

Tried this place after seeing the reviews. Plus it was the only restaurant around. Don't let the lack of curb presence dissuade you from eating here. The food way outclasses the restaurant facade and the area. I had the shrimp and grits, my daughter had the tortellini Alfredo, and my wife had the salmon. All were incredible! It's most definitely big city high dollar cuisine in a random country town. We were all stunned we were eating such food in such a place. You gotta check it out!!!

Had creamy wild mushroom & truffle soup and the shrimp and grits. Both were excellent. Service was also good and attentive. Will return. On Wednesday and Thursday they have a prix fixe 3 course dinner for $20.

A Pleasant Surprise in Millington

About 20 minutes from Chestertown is a delightful, comfortable storefront restaurant. The food was surprisingly good. The chef combined interesting ingredients to create tasty, beautifully served dishes. My salmon came on a bed of risotto with fresh asparagus and roasted peppers. My husband had shrimp and grits—the latter a specialty here. Everything was piping hot—a rarity these days. The smooth jazz in the background was perfect. Our desserts, carrot cake and apple crisp, were both homemade and excellent. I would highly recommend Two Tree.

Excellent! While taking a spontaneous trip to Delaware, I noticed a billboard for this place. Since my husband and I were famished and needed somewhere to stop for dinner, I looked at the reviews and we decided to go there. Boy are we glad that we stopped for dinner! Dinner was excellent.

We started off with the crab dip. Very delicious, we just needed more bread, but our waiter was quick to bring us some more. I had the harvest salad and he had the salmon. We wish we lived closer to this place. We would definitely return. I'm already trying to decide when we can make the long trip back to this surprisingly delicious find!

The mushroom and truffle soup was fabulous! The fried green ]tomato BLT was a great twist on an old favorite! The seasonal salad was also delightful. The lemon pie was great and the crust on the coconut custard pie was the best that we have in a long while. Our server was well informed on the menu and very pleasant. A definite hidden gem.

This place is a hidden gem! A friend told me about this place and insisted on stopping here. I had the Caesar salad and fried chicken sandwich with fries. Fried chicken was crispy and fries were unreal. Others I dined with had soup, salmon, and a chicken dish and they all loved it.. This is as good as some of the best hole in wall places in New York. A MUST stop. Will definitely come again!!

Nice quiet atmosphere; easy to have conversation without distractions.
Great food with a southern touch.
Catfish was perfectly prepared, for example.
Unusual but inspired combinations of flavors... and they were absolutely delicious.
Will go back again soon!

I have lived 17 miles from this restaurant for years and never tried it.....until now! I am from the south so I selected the shrimp and grits convinced they would be just okay. They were FANTASTIC! I cannot stress to you enough how delicious the food is. We are what you might call foodies and have been traveling all the way to Annapolis every weekend just to experience great food and atmosphere. No more! This quaint restaurant offers everything from apps to sweets. They have it covered. The staff was very helpful in selecting wine and I was happy to have a moderately sized party so that everyone ordered something different sampling most of the main menu items. There were no complaints and all plates were clean. I would highly recommend a reservation, however, we were treated very well explaining that we had never been there and they made every effort to accommodate us.

A bit pricey, but when you taste the quality of the food... You understand why!
The Chef and the Cooks are truly talented, and they cook the high quality food to perfection!
The lobster Mac & Cheese, and the fried oysters are a must... (Their Cook Dylan, cooks them to perfection! Best I've ever had!)
Their Ribeye's are amazing, and their specials are inventive & delicious! All the vegetables are fresh and organic, coming straight from the owners (Denis) privately owned Farm. The wine selection is impressive! My only complaint, is that they don't make their wonderful "Cream of Crab" soup enough. They always have their Maryland Crab soup available. (Vegetable soup with crab meat) But it doesn't come close to comparing to their amazing "Cream of Crab"! (PLEASE make it more often?) Also, the Wild Mushroom soup is incredible... As is their entire menu! Especially their original desserts!
The space is on the small size, but they do have a extra area they can open up if needed.
It is definitely a "Fine Dining Experience"...
You won't be disappointed!

Cozy little restaurant in a small town but a talented chef clearly resides here. My wife and I shared a clams casino appetizer to start and they were delicious. There was only 5 though. I had pork tenderloin over pumpkin ravioli. The pork was cooked perfectly at medium/med.rare. Most places and people over cook their pork. Not here. The pumpkin ravioli was something I've never had before and it was delicious. It was served with a creamy sauce I can't remember but it set the whole thing off. Very good. My wife had stuffed scallops. Each large individual scallop had a mound of crab imperial on it. It was very good. We were both happy with our meals. Not cheap but we will definitely go back

We enjoyed a wonderful meal, great service and food quality uncommonly delicious for the Delmarva Peninsula. My parents-in-law are from Long Island and enjoy quite a few incredible restaurants, and I'm jealous since we don't have much of a selection down here in great restaurants, until now!

I'm not going to go into great detail about the meals we enjoyed. If you love great food and a wonderful experience you must go. Each of us enjoy a full three-course dinner- appetizer, main course and dessert - with a glass of wine. All the desserts are even homemade, just delicious!

Update on 12/26/2019, 7 years later: All 5 of us enjoyed a great dinner, with 3 courses, and the service was perfect. Again, don't want to talk specifically about the food, since it was ALL great, and even enjoyed one of the best Malbecs, you must go there and enjoy it for yourselves!

We love this place. My mom feels they do oysters the best. She compares all oysters to theirs. The lobster Mac & cheese is outstanding and their salmon is wonderful. They have some great wines to try.

Always a special treat to dine here. Small personal restaurant allowing each dish to have the chef's attention. Call for reservations especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Ask for bread, order your soup or salad, but save room for the dessert menu. Home made ice cream! Always check the daily specials but do not come later at dinner as the specials go quickly. Nice wine menu.

Excellent! The cuisine was out of this world. The interior was classy and beautiful. Comparable to the famous chef owned restaurants you find in New York City or New Orleans. It's down home glamour!

We were not expecting a gourmet restaurant when we limped in after six hours in the car and three more to come. What a treat!! Great wine selection and a varied and really interesting menu. Our compliments!
