I was n the Chestertown, MD Verizon store, 2day & had the most amazing customer service I've ever had. His name is Jay R, he's a great listener & really helped me, alot. I was dealing with live chat & online with an order & Jay R just took control of the entire problem. I mean, he was inside the box, outside box & went all around the box. Let me also mention, he helped me almost 3 hrs longer than his normal shift. He was still not good mood, very personable, polite, chipper & definitely, efficient. He knows exactly what he's doing & more. If u r looking 4 a new phone, u should make the extra trip 2 see what I experienced cuz u don't find these kind of people 2 go out of their way, 2 help u, these days. He's just amazing! Victoria helped me so much. I came to to the Verizon store to see about replacing a broken camera lens cover. Victoria told me how to get a new one, and how to get just the type I needed. I then asked her about my difficulties using my cell phone as a hot spot. She looked at my plan and updated it which saved me money even after adding hot spot capability to my phone! I went in to ask a question regarding a notification, and Victoria was able to take care of that quickly. In a very conversational way, she asked me about my phone history with Verizon and listened closely. She was very knowledgeable about plans and technology and has a very congenial and receptive manner. I told her about issues I’ve had in the past with the Verizon router, and she persuaded me to try it again, giving me a support number. I tried it, and it has worked perfectly so far. Without any pressure, Victoria convinced me of the savings in upgrading my phone and changing my plan, all the while showing me personalized options according to my habits.
