Amazing place to get a car. We worked woth the owner and his son. They were very informative and helpful through the whole process. They gave us a killer deal on a great car. All there cars are super clean and little to no damage inside and out. They even got a spare key made for us free of charge. I will definitely recommend this place to others and come back in the future for another vehicle.

After shopping for a truck all day and being pushed around by salesman at some bigger dealerships, coming to Cittie Center was a breath of fresh air. The owner was so kind and amazing to work with, we found exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much!!

Reviews are everything, am I right? I was a little leery when I saw some one star reviews, but I noticed that almost all of them are from a few years ago, which was when this was under different management (I asked what the deal was.) We haven't had anything but a super positive experience. Mike was our salesman and he was great to work with. Not pushy at all. Very upfront and accommodating to what we needed. Scott, the owner was also fantastic. Really willing to make sure we were happy and he kept his promises when it came to negotiations or improvements needed to the vehicle. We bought our truck with the promise that we could come back in a few days to have some repairs done. Sure enough they took great care of the truck and even made improvements to items that we had never even agreed upon. Scott, the owner, really wants to make us feel like we can call him in the future if there should be any problems. I mean this is a used car lot. You've just got to be realistic with your expectations. I expect that this truck should run well based on it's brand, mileage and the condition it is currently in. But I do know that should anything happen down the road that this dealership is willing to work with me for a reasonable and mutually beneficial business exchange and I honest to goodness don't feel like they're out to get me. I've been to those kind of places, and this isn't one of them. I will for sure come back and do business with these guys again.

I was driving by this lot and saw a couple trucks that caught my eye. Test driving them and asking questions was so easy and came without any pressure or expectation for me to buy. The negotiation process with our salesman Mike was super straight forward and without any games or antics. The truck I wanted to buy had just barely come into the lot. It wasn't quite to their personal standard but Scott, the owner, let me buy the truck and come back a week later for them to finish their upgrades and replace the windshield. While they were in there doing these upgrades they made other repairs to the vehicle that were not their responsibility out of pure good will. I came in here on a Saturday afternoon after the banks had closed. Financing was a total breeze, even faster than had I gone into my own bank and done it myself. I definitely feel like I can trust this company and would recommend them to a friend. Which is a big deal for me. I'm skeptical of most dealerships and Citte Center definitely impressed me.

The staff was very friendly and great to work with. Mike Ghan was our sales rep and he answered all of our questions and fixed any issues we had on the same day of purchasing our vehicle. We were looking for something specific and he helped find what we were looking for. Great service!

I'm a first time customer at Citte Center, and I'd definitely shop with them again for future vehicle purchases. We shopped online and called ahead to arrange a test-drive. An hour drive to get there and the Jeep was every bit as gorgeous as it looked in photos. It had a couple minor sensor updates needed and the dealership had them taken care of within 24 hours. I HIGHLY recommend Citte Center for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, even if you have to travel a ways to get there.

I just purchased my second car from Citte Center this March. I chose to come to them again because I haven't found another dealership that allows their customers to take the time they need to feel like they are making a pressure free purchase. I enjoy being able to come to Citte Center, ask about a car and know that the salesman won't be trying to get me into a car right then and there. Travis and Scott are an awesome team. Bought a Ford 1-150 through them and very happy with the truck and the experience. No pressure, took the truck to mechanic for half a day and it checked out beautifully. Paperwork was fast and easy.....great people to work with when purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend for anybody in the market for a solid vehicle, low pressure deal, and great options to come along with your purchase such as warranties and a great team at the dealership to find you good financing. I had the pleasure of spending a bit of extra time there since it was a holiday weekend. I have never met a nicer group of people at a car dealership. They drove me to get coffee and offered to take me to get food while we waited of processing.
Most importantly they will not pressure you to do something unreasonable which I think is a valuable asset especially for someone like myself who has not bought that many vehicles. Thank you again to the entire team for the hospitality and the conversation. Will probably go hangout one evening on a weekend for fun.

This place is awesome! My wife and I went car shopping at a few dealerships before coming to this one. We went to a larger dealership at first and they put us through the typical sales pitch, followed us around and tried to upsale us, And didn’t really work numbers with us. We came to Citte center and gave them our price range, they instantly gave us a few cars in that range (Didn’t try to upsale us). They let us test drive by ourselves which is awesome because it allowed us to actually share how we really felt about a car. We came back and decided we wanted to look at more expensive vehicles. We were shown a few and we finally decided on a vehicle. They got us the payments we wanted and the car we needed. Great place, friendly service. Wish I could give it more stars!
