We bought at this store about 12 years ago and went back today for a remodel project. Steven is a designer and he was very helpful in directing us to the right look and style. He even showed us where to properly install the cabinet pulls. Highly recommend!

Glad I didn't read some of these older reviews before I went in or I would have missed out on a pleasant, productive outing. Very happy with the customer service I received from Stephen. He educated me & gave me some honest opinions. All on top of being super friendly. Looking forward to seeing my kitchen remodel come together with his help.
Update: After my purchase & above review I did try & get back in touch with Stephen with a question regarding hardware placement. He told me to send him a pic. Never heard back from him. Disappointing.

My Wife and I came in for assistance with a hard to find “Cup” handle. Steve, did an excellent job researching the issue and gave us excellent customer service and solved our issues. In addition to the Cup handles, he showed us some new pull knobs giving choice recommendations at different price points.

I had a delightful experience today at Locks & Pulls. The selection of hardware & the customer service were exceptional. Stephen spent quite a bit of time with me discussing different handles & finishes, offering his design ideas or confirming mine, & showing me pictures of different handle variations (if not on display). He went above & beyond to be sure I was happy with my selection. Another salesperson, Chloe, also, offered her help & expertise. Both were knowledgeable & easy to work & fun! I highly recommend L&P.

I had a great experience buying a lock set today. Although the store’s selections are huge, what made the experience great was the customer service I received from Stephen. He was friendly & interested in my project. He took the time to explain the warranties on the product & offered options. I highly recommend this business & will return for my next project.

Great selection and some high end products you can’t get online. Staff were nice and helpful. Two pulls we love (by Josef Reufelli from Colonial Brass) require a dealer like Locks and Pulls. They are best (only?) game is town for this. There are a bunch of reviews here stating the staff were rude, but I didn't feel that way at all. If you're nice, I'm sure they'll be nice to you too.

Stopped by on the weekend to look for new kitchen handles and worked with Stephen. He was so incredible nice, helpful, and patient even though they were slammed! I later called to place my order but talked with someone else and again, super nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Years ago I purchased several sets of pulls for my bathroom and bedroom. I received great service then, as well as great service again recently. One of the before mentioned pulls somehow lost a set screw and a pull handle fell on the floor. So I took the handle into the store and was assisted by Stephen. He diligently worked to find an appropriate sized set screw, by having to remove one from a display. He went THE extra mile to assist me and I am thankful for his attention and great service.

I have bought door and cabinet hardware from Locks and Pulls in the past and found their staff to be very helpful. Recently I needed to find some unique pieces for a couple of sets of French doors I have. Stephen worked with me and found the exact pieces I needed. My go to store for door and cabinet hardware. Terrific selection.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Betsie yesterday Very helpful and very pleasant to work with! The store has a great display of knobs and pulls lots of variety it definitely helped us to see and feel them before we made our purchase.

Locks and Pulls has a huge selection. I love going there to look around. Betsy is especially friendly and helpful. I was able to text her a picture of the pulls that I wanted and she figured out what they were and got them ordered for me.

I am not sure who helped me this morning (lady with short, blonde hair), but she was incredibly friendly and helpful. She helped me find what I needed and was so kind. This place has a huge selection for all price ranges.

Locks & Pulls is an incredible resource with great selection and helpful staff to make sure I get what I need. On rare occasions when they haven't had what I've needed, they have provided suggestions on where I can find it.
