T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I have been with Tmobile almost 15 years. We have had a few hiccups but they made good. This particular location was a little empty when I entered & I was still greeted at the door. The young lady I spoke with had alot of information about me upgrading to the Galaxy Flip 5!! Still thinking about the upgrade!!

Eric was great. My elderly father has dementia and was found roaming the parking lot. Eric dragged him in the store and was able to hook him up with a 2 new phones, a watch, and a tracker so we can find him next time he escapes. Thanks Eric. Call me ❤😜

Jacinda was the absolute best! She not only answered all my questions but helped my super annoying friend who needs to buy everything. She did it with a smile too ! Highly recommended seeing her!

The staff is super laid back at this location and I appreciate that so much! I have been with T-Mobile for over 18 years so I have been exposed to all kinds of employees (some pushy and I just don't like that). I think the store might be my favorite one so far.

I came in to the store yesterday evening and got the privilege of having Kim help me. She was outstanding. She was informative sociable and walked me thru everything. Hands down the best service I've had. I will be returning to that location specifically because of her.

I was in a jam and needed to verify a phone worked on T Mobile network and Kim there worked me in while helping others and got me working. Best service I have ever had at a T-Mobile store. Definitely go see Kim if you need help with T-Mobile issues. Her kindness, speed, and expertise is unmatched.

Been meaning to write this for a while. Usually I’ll be very stressed out about going to cellular company’s but I recently switched from AT&T to T-mobile and the experience was completely different. Instead of feeling like a quick sell customer, these guys actually listen and figure out what’s the best deal for me and have a lot of fantastic services. Andrea in particular was very nice and informative about all of my questions and gave me top of the line customer service, if she helps you during your visit just know that you are in good hands. I would also to give a shout out to Ana as well, she’s helped me a couple of times and still gave the same energy. Over all 10 out of 10 for this team.

Got great service and they were up front and honest about everything, a rarity nowadays.

Visited this store today and had the privilege of being helped by Joe. We presented him with my husband's cracked phone and told him that we wanted to stay with the same size phone and features. Joe was able to actually give us an option between the exact phone or an upgrade to a 5G model. Joe transferred all the data, made the font on the phone the right size and put the phone in the case for us. It was a painless, pleasant interaction start to finish. Top notch customer service!

Tyler at this location is simple amazing! I spent 6+ hours (I wish I was exaggerating) on the phone with T-Mobile and Apple the other day, back and fourth and no one could figure out what was wrong with my phone. Tyler had my phone for one minute and he fixed it! I am in disbelief! Super happy with the service at this location. Tyler is the best!

This T-Mobile is awesome!!! From the moment I came in I was taken care of. Shout outs to Lance who was an amazing expert and specialist! Not only did he help me with my phone issue but he did so with a pure heart. His motives weren’t to get a sale off me but to show me how I can save and how I could get better options with my service! I ended up saving big time! I walked out the store very happy and feeling so great! This is my new T-Mobile store!

I broke my iPhone and came in near closing time to see about getting a replacement phone that same night and the employees were extremely helpful, caring, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I left the store satisfied with a phone I was happy with. They even stayed after closing time to make sure everything was working properly and overcame several obstacles to make sure I left a happy customer! I couldn’t be more satisfied and on a scale of 1-10 it was a 20

Service at T-Mobile today was excellent. Analiese was very professional and knowledgeable and took good care of me. I would definitely refer friends and come back here if she is working. Thanks!

We went into our local T Mobile location to talk about the new promotion on the Galaxy Flip phone. We had a great experience with Alan and Andrea who wrote both very knowledgeable on this transfer

A few weeks ago I came into T-Mobile experiencing problems with my phone. Alex helped me out and was very understanding and helpful. He was able to figure out why my phone was acting slower and fixed the issue for me on the spot. The rest of the staff was friendly as well and I felt welcomed upon entering.

Lance was great. After listening to pitch after pitch from AT&T that left us more than agitated. Lance was chill and very informative. Took about twenty minutes to get everything done. Girlfriend was switching from straight talk and spent thirty minutes on the phone with them. Thats right took more time to get done with an old phone company than to be set up with T Mobile.

Everything was explained very well and thoroughly. He got to know us first and what we wanted did not try any sales pitches. Fantastic experience would go back anytime.

I went to the T-mobile store yesterday to get information on switching my service. Alex and Kate were both awesome. They both helped me get everything swapped over they were very helpful with getting me the best plan for what I need. I went to other stores and didn't feel like I was getting the best bang for my buck they didn't give me options like I got at this store. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a cell phone or other device

I broke my phone and had to get a new one, Gabe totally helped me out. I am a total klutz so I told him I needed something durable. A lot of times sales people try to sell you on extra stuff you don't need for the highest dollar but Gabe wasn't like that at all. He heard what I said and picked out something that was the perfect mix of new and durable plus helped pick out a case and screen protectant (which he even put on for me!). Plus the manager Michelle is super friendly too, it was nice laughing with them while my phone finished setting up and it was super quick too. Love it! Thanks guys!
