AT&T Store

I needed help with my phone and the salesperson at Sam’s who sold the phones/plans to me was as unreliable as the MO weather. I came in here and asked for help. Brittany helped me right away and explained what I needed to do. Very impressed with the customer service.

I came in today with so much confusion about my new account and Bridgette, the manager patiently helped me set up my watch, set up the internet in my new apartment, explained the bill that had extra fees that we got waived, explained how to release my old phone number and also set up my auto pay. I am so grateful for her help! I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism! She is amazing!!! Thanks again Bridgette and AT&T!!! 5 stars ⭐!!!!

I came into the AT&T because my phone had a virus. Beth Schulte was our customer service partner. Beth was amazing! She was able to find the APP that was causing my problem. Not only that, she very kind and personable. She did such a great job we signed up for AT&T internet service. Thank you Beth!

Dena went out of her way to make this a very special Christmas for my nephew thank you for everything you do! This girl needs a raise!!!!!

My husband and I went into the store to get him an iPhone and the customer service rep. Robert was wonderful to work with. He helped us from start to end and even saved us some money on our plan, and helped us pick out some additional items that would make our life a little easier. We would definitely recommend the store and Robert to anyone.

Paige L saved my day.

My iPhone would not turn on or charge. I tried hard reset, multiple cords/chargers l, and outlets with no luck.

Went to this location and Paige was patient while she lent me a company phone to get authorized as a user on the family account. Before I even got that done, Paige was able to get my phone reset due to her diligence. She even taught me the way she did it (I’ve never seen this method before).

I’m very happy I came here first. Would’ve been a multi day process if I instead went through the Apple Store.

Very honest and look out for you. Of course it's sales and all but they always make sure you don't get screwed over and warn you about all the right stuff. I've always been treated great here.

I have been in a few AT&T stores over the last few days looking for a Pixel 7 pro and the sales rep have all been pretty good, but the reps here were extremely helpful. The store is also easy to access and clean.

Alex was great helping me out with my account. He's a great guy. He wasn't in a hurry, he took the time and resolved my problem.

I will start by saying that I switched from Sprint to AT&T in July.. best decision I’ve ever made. Not only was switching my phone number, and setting up my plan go smoothly, their service is quick, polite and real. I ported my number, got my new IPhone 11 at a great price and picked it up the next day. They were super polite when I went in there - (Thanks to Justin and the store manager at the Manchester store).
Buttt let me tell you about THIS STORE! I went in to get a discount applied onto my current plan but It wouldn’t take unless I upgrade which was 10 bucks and I get HBO? Ugh .. yes please. Christy was super polite, we bonded over our love of Jason Momoa, and now I feel a level of loyalty that can never be broken to this store. Overall Thank you so much AT&T for providing exceptional service as well as employees that are more than average.

I had an amazing experience at this store. They cut me some really great deals on my new s22 and even found a way to lower my bill! This is definitely my new favorite location.

The people who work here are great. Robert worked hard to provide us with great service. Now Paige is following suit.

I just switched back to at&t and I worked with the manager Nick the whole time. He was great but what really put him over the top was how he helped me with my problem of sprint (my previous provider) not allowing me to turn my phone back in without resolving an issue I had with rebooting. He went above and beyond when he didn't have to and I truly appreciated it! The store location is also great, they were all very friendly and helpful!

Great experience today at AT&T on First Capitol! Celia was amazing and helped me and my mother so much with upgrading her phone! Definitely made up for the Cave Springs location being completely unhelpful and rude.

Celia was awesome, she got us all set up with faster internet, better phones, and accys as well. HIGHLY recommend this location! As some one who worked in cellular for 15years Celia’s service was excellent!
