I’m only giving 5 stars for Yvonne C.; she’s amazing, personable, and friendly, unlike every other person that works there. I’ve been shopping at the Ruler’s on West Clay for the past 1 1/2 years and the turnover is really quick, but I must give a GLOWING review for YVONNE C. She’s amazing, I couldn’t find the cranberry sauce I was looking for and she took the extra time to find out if they had it in stock! YVONNE IS THE BEST! Yvonne’s the best, did I mention that, but seriously, she’s wonderful!

Love this place! Meat is so good and cheap! Food is so yummy and cheap! Sale clerks are so nice and store is clean. Keep up the great work!

Good prices an friendly staff. I see the same two employees everytime I am there always friendly an helpful. Decent amount of choices for the size of the store. Update= Seems like they go through employees every few months but it still maintains to be a great place to shop.

One of the secret great places for high quality and low prices! While everyone is over at Aldi's, you can be in and out quickly and spending less on most items. I love the quality Kroger brands and great deals on fresh produce. Not every item is cheaper so be sure to price. I hope this location keeps up the quality! All of the associates are very helpful and friendly!!

Smaller discount grocery store with great prices on nearly everything you'd need to be in and out, at home cooking in no time! Kroger brands as well as quality meat, fresh fruit and veggies. Definitely preferable to Save a Lot or Aldis. Warm, familiar staff give a welcoming, friendly, home town feel. Be sure to bring a quarter for your shopping cart (refundable upon return) and your own bags (or purchase at 10 cents each).

Very good quality foods at a great price. Kroger labels. Their produce inventory varies but for the most part you can always get good produce at a great price. I always get chicken and ground turkey from them. 10/10 for grocery shopping on a budget!

This place has saved me both time and money! The store is small, and most products are generic Kroger brand but high quality nonetheless. Store is always clean and smells like counters and surfaces are always being wiped and dusted. No frills, no deli, limited selection, but for staples it certainly suits our needs. Quick in and out process. Most staple products, such as flour, sugar, or frozen veggies are sold at a lower cost than even ALDI. Organic generics everywhere, and awesome produce which is always much fresher than Wal Mart’s. I do have to go to other stores to fill in for items that are not offered at Ruler, but this is still my favorite store, due to the personal attention given to every shopper by the friendly workers. Staff is always amazing, greeting me by name and thanking me for shopping there. I hope this location does well. The employees should be recognized for their amazing “over-the top” and unexpected hospitality that they offer to each and every person who walks through their door. Keep up the great work and thanks again, Ruler.

My Family & i Came from Texas and will be here for a Short while.. This is a Nice Place to grocery shop... The vegetables are So Fresh and they have Very Nice low Prices!! Tf hey have Everything we need.. Except Green tomatoes and Cilantro.. Other than that we Like Shopping here!!

I have been a total convert on Kroger products as I have only found one item that was not worthwhile. True this place is a lot like Aldi but the food quality is SO MUCH BETTER. If you haven't looked at it yet, try the self rising pizza Supreme as it is only $2.69 and is a match for Digoirno!

Kroger in an Aldi style business model...nice. Store isn't impressive, but it's clean, has friendly staff, and a lot of great buys. Watch expiration dates; sell by versus use by and expiration dates. I wish they had longer business hours.

I shop ruler foods for convenience items and sometimes their meats. Kroger brand is their generic but still great quality. Prices are just as cheap as Aldi and Walmart, maybe even cheaper with some products. Had no issues with expired products or customer service.

Ruler is clean, has good produce. It's pricing is the best compared to 2 other discount stores (Aldi and Save a lot). They also have a very good gf bread, gf pizza, and gf animal crackers. We have been happy with the quality of the items we buy. We do most of our discount grocery shopping here. We still fill in at the other 2 stores mentioned. But overall Ruler get a big thumbs up.

They offer wonderful prices on everything. They have a nice variety of food and other assorted products. I try to shop here as often as I can before going to bigger stores to find what I need.

Great price. Good selection. Love there ham salad and crab dip. Some times they can be a little busy but they are the best bang for the buck.

Good location easy parking and return on to W. Clay. Prices just as good and better than ALDI. Who would have thought that an old, American, company could figure this out? No more ALDI for me.

Clean store and great prices. I'm glad to finally get my favorite Kroger brand items. Don't forget to bring your own bags.
