Sheree was great! She was very thorough and kind. Sheree took the time to listen to all of my concerns and made it comfortable to ask questions. No wait time.

Recently went to get vaccinations. The nurse, Nicole Greene was AWESOME!!!! Not only did she educate me on the vaccinations I was receiving even went above & beyond to print off education materials for me to take home. While getting the vaccinations she then asked about my Grandchildren...BINGO, now she's got my attention. KUDOS to you Nicole, just when I thought there was no such thing as customer service anymore, you reminded me there are still genuine nice people out there!! #teamNicole

quick, knowledgeable, professional. took a total of 20 mins all and all. it actually took longer to fill the prescription that i also got at Kroger. was very impressed with their knowledge of the ailment and curtsy in the matter.

I like going over there it's close to where I live I walk over there as much as I can it's so hard for me but I can get there the only problem I'm having that there's no prices sometimes on their products and it's sometimes wrong price when I get to the checkout the price is different than what it was on the price

My experience at the clinic was good. I was prescribed an antibiotic but had trouble getting the prescription. I tried to call for hours and the phone would just ring and then disconnect. I called Kroger customer service and they transferred me, same thing happened. I called another little clinic location and they reached out to the provider I saw explaining the prescription issue and asking them to re-send it. That didn’t happen. So now I’ve wasted a lot of time between trying to get in touch with the little clinic and also checking in with my pharmacy to see if they got the prescription. I seriously tried calling FOR HOURS and they would never answer. My appointment was at noon, here it is 8pm and no prescription.

So been here about hour now, I went here since urgent care is still close and thought this would be faster, but nope...it isn't like they are busy or anything really. I want to walk out but the receptionist already took my copay..so far,not impressed at all..

Twice I have been to the little clinic this winter and twice I have ended up in the ER bc they misdiagnosed me. The first time I went to Bellevue they refused to test me for anything and said it was just bronchitis if it got worse go to the ER bc it probably had turned into pneumonia. Couple days later I had to go to the ER where I was tested for flu and covid and told I had covid.
Couple days ago I was getting sick again so I tried a different clinic in newport where they tested me for covid and flu but apparently didn't read it right bc I again was told it was just bronchitis. Friday my fever spiked to 102 and ended up in the ER again getting tested and told I have the flu.
I will never use them again . If I can get into my regular doctor I will just pay the higher price for urgent care.

I went to this clinic yesterday cause I haven’t been feeling well. When I got there everyone was nice and sweet, I thought everything was fine. I get home waiting for my prescription to be ready I call the place it was supposed to be sent to and they have no record for any prescription under my name. I’ve tried reaching back out to the clinic, yesterday and the girl hung up the phone on me. And all morning I’ve tried to call back and no one’s answering the phone and I’ve tried 10 times
