It so good to have a great gear store in Ogden. Especially love that you can check on stock on line and pick it up if they have it. They also have a good selection of freeze dried backpack/bikepack food.

Awesome store for all of your adventures. They have tons of outdoor gear.

The staff is always super friendly and willing to help. Jenna in the shop is super fast and great at what she does. I’ve had her mount a few pairs of skis for me now and she always exceeds expectations! She always has a smile on her face as does the rest of the staff. And let’s not forget about the furry associates that frequent the store. Who doesn’t love a great shop dog??

I went into to Gear 30 to get my new bindings mounted on my touring skis, but left with a bunch of stuff for my upcoming backpacking trip. They have everything you need and the employee was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend for all of your outdoor needs!

This team went above and beyond to help kit my daughter and I out for skiing this year. I worked with two separate employees over two days, and both were excellent resources who spent time answering my questions and explaining concepts. They both offered solutions that existed outside of their business, at reduced cost to me, while showing me what they had available as well. At the end of the day, I purchased some discounted items from last season, got some used gear, got both of us fitted for the gear we did buy, and left with an appreciation for their focused customer service. This will be my new starting point for future outdoor excursions. I'm confident I'll get good advice, and where they are able to meet my budget, I know they'll make the effort. Thanks to the Gear 30 crew I spent time with. I wish more places could find a way to engage customers similarly.

Took some skis in to get mounted. The staff was very friendly and promised a quick turnaround. The ski tech called the next day and had some concerns about the condition of the bindings and made the decision to not mount them. She was very professional and communicated the reasons. Even though I was excited to get the new skis mounted. I really appreciated the candid conversation and professional decision to do what she felt was right. I was fully refunded and respect the shop for making a hard call.

The store has very nice collection for outdoor activity. We even bought a bear spray. The cashed gave us 20% off, we forgot to ask what’s the occasion for the special discount! Two staffs in the store are very knowledgeable and polite. This is not a chain store, if we need to return items, we have to come back here.

This was my first experience with Gear 30 and couldn’t be more impressed. Upon walking in we were greeted with excellent customer service by all the employees on shift. They made sure to answer all question and point us in the right direction for what we were looking for. I also had my snowboard tuned and it was completed two days earlier than scheduled. I definitely recommend and will be returning.

Staff was very professional and helpful. The store was clean. I came in 20 minutes before closing and was not rushed or urged to hurry at all as I tried on three pairs of shoes and did my jumps and walking on their ramp to make sure they’re the right fit. I am grateful for my new trail shoes and so glad for all the new information I received about the company that makes these shoes. Very impressive!

Amazing company to do business with, ordered a avy kit and airbag for an aerie course this weekend in middle of no where Colorado . Reached out to get a timeline on shipping expecting to get a form response. Instead got an email within 30 minutes from a manager, not only did they upgrade my shipping at no cost to get it to me on time but also had one of their employees run the order to the post to get it out that day to me. Cherry on top was a hand written note in my order offering gear help at any time. 10/10 customer service would highly recommend these guys for any gear needs

Excellent customer service!!! I ordered something that was not compatible with my product. Avery was able to stop my order before it was shipped and send the correct item. Never had on line customer service like this before. Will definitely order from this company again!

This is such an awesome shop! 10/10 would recommend. The staff are so knowledgeable and willing to help. They really want you to get the best gear for you and their knowledge and experience is next to none. Chase, Caity, and Jack were particularly helpful in helping me find a ski boot that would work the best for me. Chase spent over an hour helping me through the boot fitting process. I also watched as staff helped other customers and were incredibly kind, patient, and friendly. This shop exemplifies the value added by shopping local. Would recommend to anyone.
