Dierbergs Markets - Warson Woods

Such an amazing store, if there was a rating beyond 5 stars I'd give that! As I walked in everything was perfectly placed, well stocked shelves, friendly staff! I mean, was anything missing? I usually judge a store by its meat section and this one had the perfect one. Dierbergs, you're doing something right.

Talk about revamping the shopping experience

I enjoy my dierbergs shopping experience most of the time but I was very impressed when I came to this location. A cheesemonger was very knowledgeable and helpful when I came for assistance. So much cheese to choose from! That I had to take pics of every cheese section. I eventually went with WOODRIVER because they had a sample and a very nice presenter that sold me on it and was not disappointed at all!

I left 1 item in my cart when I returned it to the carl corral and when I realized this, I called to see if the store recovered it, and they had! In 20 minutes I had my item and was on my way home.

Only have gone to Dierbergs a couple times, however always a great experience. Colin from the frozen section was very helpful & took the time to help me locate items - even outside his area. Great example of a good employee!

Staff was very considerate of my Aunt who has bad mobility issues. I do wish they were actually wheelchair accessible at the check outs, she couldn't see the keypad at all.
They were out/low stock of a few items, but had much better selection to start with than the Schnucks down the road.
Veggies/fruit were fresh and in good shape

The people who work in the dairy dept are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to assist you in locating products and in answering your questions.

This is the first Dierbergs I ever set foot in when I moved to Missouri in 1996. They were playing classical music overhead and everyone was wearing aprons and bow ties. Things have changed quite a bit since then but they still have a great selection in a well laid out space. They are not particularly good price fighters but they do have great quality products; particularly if you are having a hard time finding something, this is the place to look for it. They are my go-to spot for fresh mushrooms in particular.

Kevin, Nick, Tim and Brandon are all great guys. Although I do not know everyone's name all the staff here are kind and willing to help!!.. The Wonderbread selection is always fresh and the store is never too crowded to enjoy an in and out experience.

Always enjoy shopping at Dierbergs, however, this is not my usual Dierbergs but the people were just as friendly and helpful. The person I was shopping with is on a first name basis with a lot of the folks there. And it's a very nice store!

For the last four years I have used their deli for a Christmas party I host. The food is good, on time, and they have a variety. Not just the usual meat and cheese tray place. Prices are reasonable.

This store is by far the best. The customer service I have received, the workers I have asked for help, and the information I have gained from excellent managers is beyond amazing! The prices are decent and sales blow my mind sometimes. Such a neat place to shop at! Forever my store, thank you Dierbergs:)
