I recently visited Milano, and it was an absolute delight. The ambiance is very Mediterranean, giving it a chill vibe that's perfect for a relaxing evening with friends. The Moroccan tea is to die for, adding to the overall experience. Although I initially found the flavor too harsh, the staff was kind enough to change it to my liking without any questions asked. The hookah itself was expertly prepared, delivering smooth, flavorful smoke throughout the night. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to go back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great time with friends!

The team, from the owner, Mike to Khadeem, Moe, and Koran, all excel in providing top-notch customer service. The hookah they prepare never fails to impress, and if by any chance it doesn't meet your expectations, they're more than willing to replace it promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

During the week, Milano offers a relaxed atmosphere, but be prepared for a bustling crowd if you visit on the weekend. While they don't serve alcohol or food, it's the perfect spot for a post-date wind-down or a cozy nightcap with friends, where you're sure to encounter some delightful company.

One suggestion I'd make is to consider introducing a monthly membership for regulars. The camaraderie among frequent patrons is akin to what you'd find in Cheers - it's almost like a second home!

Went there to bring in New Years and it was best hookah bar I visited. The hookah was very reasonable priced. The service was great as the owner was constantly walking around checking on everybody, played great music, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. My girlfriend and I did not want a crazy new years, just a relaxed vibe and got exactly that. Definitely a hidden gem on the Delmar Loop!

Ok here is what I will say about Milano, the staff was nice and by far the coal service was top notch. By far the best coal service ever and they kept it up for hours! Unfortunately the hookah was not good, this is quite common in most hookah bars I visit, the hookah tasted like it was not cleaned and the remains of million flavours were still in it. Smoked good and kept burning nicely but just didn’t taste good. I am not sure how it is on a normal night but I went on a Saturday night and the music was blasting all night and that just not chill for me. I still rated this place 4 stars giving them the benefit of the doubt on the hookah because to be fair I didn’t complain about the flavour but honestly I don’t think they would have fixed it. So the one lower star is because it just lacks setting, whether it’s a teeny fun and dance sitting or more chill sitting it was lacking on both ends

Update: I went again on a weekday the vibe was nice and relaxed and the hookah was so much better. The guy there really took care of me again. I would recommend this place

Attentive and knowledgeable staff in a great space. A perfect place to slow down when life gets too fast. Lovely tea and coffee selection alongside a good flavor menu makes this little shop a great stop.

Great customer service. Always on top of the coals and flavours were top notch. They don’t serve alcoholic drinks but I always bring my own anyway. Recommend.

Their hookah is way better than ranoush. This place is a hidden gem. The best hookah in stl in my opinion. I love coming here because it’s intimate and I always get good service and great hookah. It’s also never crowded it’s a good place for me to come and get my schoolwork done while relaxing.

This place is awesome - the staff is super friendly and knows how to make a great hookah! Very authentic and a fun atmosphere. They take requests and play music videos on the TVs. Was a great time - would recommend! They also serve great Turkish coffee.

omg i smoke hookah every day and this place is no exception has the best flavors and has great service. i really enjoy this place and have a great time every time i go. You can meet lots of new middle eastern people at this place. they have no door charge and when you order a hookah they use quick light but upon request u could get coconut coals with no extra fee. LOVE THIS PLACE GOT TO COME HERE.

I liked it here. My girlfriend took me and there was nothing but good vibes and music and let's not forget about UNO 😊. I'm not much of a hookah smoker but it was something new to try.

Small, youthful, authentic. Amazing hookah will sink you into the bench. It can get a little loud and crowded, but that's part of the atmosphere. There are lots of super relaxing hookah bars, but Milano's feels special and uniquely urban.

This is the best hookah bar in St. Louis if you want good service and good hookah. They allow customers to play youtube videos on their TV system so it becomes like a free jukebox. And it's a prime location in the loop.

Super chill little hookah bar with strong hookah. I've gone to hookah bars all over the world, and if I lived in STL, this would be my regular spot.
