SugarBot Sweet Shop

This is my second time ordering decorated sugar cookies from here and I will continue to be a repeat customer! Jackie is a creative genius and will work with you on deciding on the perfect designs, really taking initiative and doing research to see what she can create with your ideas and inspiration. For this most recent order, I requested Peter Rabbit/Beatrix Potter themed cookies for my sister's baby shower. Jackie worked to match our color scheme, asked lots of clarifying questions, discovered that the artwork was now public domain so we could do actual Beatrix Potter art on the cookies, worked with me back and forth to decide on images to print/pipe on the cookies, and then crafted these beautiful cookies for us! Both times I have ordered, we have gotten rave reviews about the designs...and the taste of the cookies is unmatched! I've had decorated sugar cookies from other bakeries where the flavor definitely came second to the designs, but not here. Jackie's cookies are deliciously soft, sweet, and flavorful, in addition to downright gorgeous. Seriously the perfect combo, and they have always made the events I ordered them for extra special! The quality is worth every penny, and you cannot get better service/baked goods anywhere else in my opinion.

I had a bit of an odd order as I had to get a hysterectomy at a young age and wanted to celebrate getting my life back. Jackie the owner is such a kind and understanding beautiful human being, and makes FANTASTIC cakes too! Thank you for helping me celebrate and making my recovery a little better :)

I can't speak to the sweets, but I can speak to the ownership and leadership! I accidentally purchased a giftcard for someone over christmas thinking this shop was in St. Charles IL. I emailed the info@ assuming I would never hear back. Even though its a very busy time for businesses/people in general, they got back to me and refunded my card for MY mistake! I really appreciated it :) THANK YOU !

Had to enjoy a vanilla bon bon on the way home because we could not wait to try…so good. We got the Dolly bar, jumbo brownie, sugar cookie, and a vanilla and a chai bon bon. The Dolly bar is so delicious and flavorful. The store store is so cute and fun as well decorated with robot figurines. Looking forward to trying a little bit of everything we got!

This was a very smooth process! I needed a small cake, inquired about it, received a response in a timely manner, and got my son’s birthday cake with no problem! Everything was perfect and I will be shopping with them again ❤

Sugar Bot Sweet shop supplied all the desserts for the dessert bar at our wedding. So delicious. I would be in trouble if I lived closer to St. Charles

My understanding is that orders are all curbside pickup for safety during COVID-19 restrictions. Had learned about the shop through friends giving out tasty holiday sugar cookies. The shop is easy to get to and super cute from the outside. The website is easy to navigate and easy to order on. They texted a pickup time and date so waiting shouldn't be an issue (wasn't for me). Service was fast, friendly and employees wear masks! Love the quality of the tote bags I got. They do special orders, cookie kits, egift cards, classes and seasonal items. Perhaps best of all, the baked goods are tasty! Had a taste test for the family and we tried the Nutty Buddy, the Peanut Butter Tugboat and a Jumbo Brownie. All were generous portions and very good but the PB Tugboat got the most votes! I recommend this shop and will go back. Same owners have Little O's Soda Fountain on Main Street in St. Charles, MO. Will try that local on the future.

Very cool little store. We had them make a custom mocha / espresso cake for us. It was excellent !

We ordered sugar cookie bites and gooey bites for a small wedding dinner/reception. I worked with Jackie and she was great. We had to change our plan around for our wedding day due to the Covid 19 pandemic so our order was last minute. I placed the order like 2 or 2.5 weeks ahead of time. But everything worked out. Jackie was wonderful to work with. She asked for the theme and colors of the wedding. She made the sugar cookie match our travel theme and in our colors. Both desserts were delicious and the guests made a lot of comments about how good they were. They were ready on time and were super easy to pick (They mentioned they usually do delivery but had to stop because of the pandemic). They were willing to work with us to make sure our dessert table was great at the reception!

OMG! I cannot say enough good things about SugarBot Sweets! I’m in Gulf Breeze, FL and decided to order a couple of their jumbo cake pops for myself for Mother’s Day and I do not regret it! They are super moist, chocolatey deliciousness on a stick! I also ordered 2 shortbread cookies as well! They were beautifully decorated and just as yummy as the pops! Please, please support this locally owned, small business! (I need my sweets)!

Thank you for making this delicious cake for my graduation! I will definitely order another cake for my wedding anniversary in June! It was perfect and it was so good! The cake flavor is nothing like I tasted before and it was just enough icing! Thank you again for your great customer service!!!

I went here to looks for treats for my wedding! They were super helpful and showed me lots of options! Even tho I ended up passing they were amazing and sweet! I tried quite a few things and everything was great! It has a super cute set up and chill vibe! It’s also in such a cute little building and prone location! I’ve been back once with my kiddos and they thought it was the coolest treat! We will be back and I would recommend this place a million times over! ❤❤

Absolutely enjoyed everything about my visit from the best coffee I've ever had the pleasure to consume to the delicious strawberry filled lemonade crumble sandwich cookie. The owner, Jackie, provided me with incredible conversation as well! After spending a good amount of time there enjoying an afternoon, I also took some goodies to go to share with family. I plan to return again and again. I highly recommend SugarBot Sweet Shop!

Store had a lovely selection of freshly baked cakes, cookies and snacks. They even had a variety of vintage candy such as Grandma Chews! I was able to find a good range of snacks for myself, my wife and my kids. On top of all this, the receptionist was very friendly and patient! Definitely coming back!

This place is a sweet tooth's dream!!! She takes your childhood favorites and re-creates them with quality ingredients and careful skill. You must try the hot chocolate with homemade marshmallows. The marshmallows have a hint of salt, which balances out the super sweet hot chocolate. It is the perfect combo! She also has an amazing version of the star crunch. I cannot wait to go back to this place. My only complaint is I wish they kept longer hours!

I ordered my husband's birthday cake from here and it was one of the best cakes I have ever had! It was delicious and the decorations were perfect. We will definitely be going back!

Checking in from NC, ordered some of their brownies and loved them. Was a bit worried about the long travel, but they were packaged very well, and showed up looking like they'd just been pulled out of the case at the story. Only regrets is I didn't order more! I mentioned SugarBot to my friends and coworkers, and I'm hoping they'll give them a go, too. Told them, and I'll tell anyone reading this, you won't regret it! :D
