Beautiful ambiance within the dining area. The service is beyond impressive. The staff is attentive and polite. They absolutely set the bar for friendliness. The food is delicious. The price is almost too good. Would recommend as an Italian eatery.

Fantastic first experience here. We were seated quickly, Tony was a great waiter, and the food… my mouth is watering just thinking about it. The best toasted ravioli I’ve ever had, the chicken was perfectly cooked, and the restaurant was wonderfully quiet with tables spread further apart to help give separation from other diners. We will absolutely be back, and then back again… and back again.

I used to live in Italy for 5 years and this is the best Chicken Picatta I’ve ever had. The sauce? Perfect. The number of capers? Perfect. But the real kicker that got me to leave a review is that they had TWO PIECES OF CHICKEN PICATTA. This is the pyramids, an absolute anomaly, never been done before.

My wife and I like to try a new restaurant every weekend. I have to say we actually stumbled across Del Pietro’s on Yelp, and I can not believe we have never been here before. From the time we walked in the door and Mary Rose greeted us and thanked us for coming in, before we were even seated, I knew this was gonna be good. Wow!! That’s all I can say. The food, hospitality and all around vibe was absolutely amazing!!! We definitely put this on our return restaurants. I have to add, the lasagna was incredible and the portion was huge. Thank you to the whole staff at Del Pietro’s for making our night wonderful! We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Del Pietros is a local favorite and price for flavor is hard to beat. It is usually pretty busy so recommend a reservation but for good reason. The specials are always awesome, most recently enjoying the sea bass on a bed of gnocchi. And my favorite go to is probably the Veal Marsala!

Delightful! Amazing food, great atmosphere, and staff is so friendly. Mary was so sweet as well. My partner and I felt so welcomed!

Lovely atmosphere, tastefully decorated with dimmed lights, tables spaced out well. Food was great too! The pop music playing quietly in the background didn't seem to go with the vibe, but it wasn't overbearing.

We ordered the tortellini and lasagna with salads. That del Pietro salad is SPECIAL! Loved everything, and the restaurant is such a cozy feel! Loved DelPietros and can't wait to go back.

Absolutely love all locations. Food is excellent. Great wine list. Service always spot on. Definitely a favorite. Must have the salad. I find the lasagna and rigatoni quite tasty but come hungry! Portions are very generous.

I had a carry out and arrived early, had a delightful conversation with Mrs Del Pietro while I had a very brief wait! What a gem she is! Risotto and lasagna were fabulous as always!

Ambiance is great. Enjoyed food. Chocolate mousse was phenomenal. Service very good, better than most places.

We were traveling to the zoo from out of town and wanted to get a bite to eat afterward. Every place was 1.5 hour wait and no reservation. We decided to stop at Del Pietro‘s on a whim. We were so surprised with the service! Mary Rose, the owner, was also the hostess. She was so friendly and kind. The restaurant had a nice ambience to it. The food was spectacular! Definitely will be coming back to St. Louis and eating here again! 10/10 recommend.

Had an amazing dinner! Our server Tony was great suggested a great wine that paired perfectly with my dinner. Ms. Mary called me by name and checked on us a few times I watched her greet eveyone hugging a few like family!

My girlfriend and I ate here after our visit to the Fox and we were blown away with the service we received. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and sat instantly. Our server was amazing and attentive and the bussers were also so attentive. Our waters were never empty. The hostess/manager made it a point to come talk to us and make sure everything was going good. She also made us feel so welcome and was overall just very kind. She made sure I had complimented my girlfriends dress she was wearing (which I did earlier that day) and she was happier then, she just made us feel very welcome, like we had been going there for years. The food was excellent as well! we spilt the bruschetta and it was so fresh and tasty! The bread was nice and crunchy too! I got the tortellini and it was fabulous! The sauce was creamy and the flavor was so good. My girlfriend got the spaghetti and she loved them! The melted provel cheese is a great touch! She had to take most of it home for lunch the next day (portions are huge)! Overall this was a very pleasant dining experience and we were both extremely pleased with Del Pietros. This may become a staple when we visit STL. Don’t miss out!

Our dining experience was exactly what we were hoping for on a cold winter’s night! A cozy relaxed ambiance and DELICIOUS authentic cuisine. Everything exudes warmth and class, just what you’d expect from Mary Rose. Such a GEM! Our new go-to place!

Never have I felt more at home at an Italian restaurant than here. Loved the staff, who all had a caretaking charm and great sense of humor.

Had the bruschetta and tortellini with chicken, both of which were great. The freshness of the basil and tomatoes on the bruschetta was very obvious, and their generosity with the parmasean cheese is very much appreciated. Tortellini with chicken was also amazing, and I definitely couldn't leave any to go to waste, no matter how full I was.

Can't wait to make this a staple of my Saint Louis food experience and to keep returning! I just need to remember to dress a little nicer.

OMG!!!! OMG!!! OMG!!! We felt like we were eating in the heart of Italy! The atmosphere, the beauty and low light ambience. Candles on the tables. The voices speaking Italian and then the appearance of a beautiful woman whom introduce herself as Mary DelPietro. Along with her stunning appearance came a voice of welcoming us and offering to take our cheesecake to the refrigerator. My family and I were there to celebrate our birthdays! It was sooo difficult to make a food choice because everything looked so desirable. Tony was our waiter and he was so sweetly patient. He kindly repeated the choices on the menu more than 4 times because we could just not make a decision (LOL). Tony kept our glasses filled.

Under the "Antipasti" we ordered the Fritto Misto - It was so delicious and plentiful! Some family members tried the Lasagna and others tried the tutto Mare-shrimp and we tried the jumbo shrimp on creamy risotto. Everyone was sooo pleased with the various dishes. The portions was enough for 2 or more to share. As I sit here at my desk typing this review, I am simultaneously reminiscing of our dinner we had last night. The Food was/is heavenly, mouth-watering and scrumptious. The team-work is impeccable! This restaurant is a must-go-to and a must-return-to. We are so in-love with DelPietro's Restaurant!

Very quaint family owned restaurant. Great ambiance and food. Service was spectacular. I really appreciated being greeted by the owner. Tutto mare was delicious. We were there for a private dinner, and really appreciated the great service from the staff. Can't wait to go back.

First time I had been there at this location. Loved the bruschetta, wine and Fettucini. A family member(owner?) stopped by our table to ask us how the meal was. Very friendly woman.

Del Pietro's is consistently superb! The environment is modern yet comfortable, the tables are spaced comfortably from each other, service is always just right from beginning to end, and then there is the wonderful food. We have not had a clinker ever. Delicious spaghetti with extra good meatballs, best tortellini probably ever had, sensational tutto mare, and....an exceptionally good chicken parmigiana with some accompanying fettuccine. Love the Caesar salad, too. And...the prices are quite reasonable. Lastly, the hospitality is superb...from Mike the bartender to very special matriarch Mary Rose and all other staff.
