St. Charles License Office

This was the best experience! The ladies that helped me did all they could to help me get my license even though the system was down on a Saturday. I can't express how appreciative I am. The best customer service ever!!!

I was concerned about getting my Real ID drivers license. I read over the list making sure I had everything required. I arrived at 9:10. I register at the check-in podium. There were at least 10 people ahead of me. I prepared for a wait. Within less than 20 minutes I was called . The woman who called me was friendly . I joked that I knew how to drive because I daily drove across the Zumbehl overpass. She laughed in agreement. I was finished and in my car at 9:46

Fabulous experience today!! I walked in the door and was served within 5 minutes. The woman who waited on me was very personable and very very helpful. She got me out the door within 10 minutes. Fantastic service, thank you so much!!!!

Barbara was amazing and helped me a ton with registering my vehicle and also helped me troubleshoot a variety of complications with my registration as well. She should definitely be promoted or become a manager of some sort. Amazing service!

Very helpful staff on both sides of the Raymond Drive location. Left door is for MO State Highway patrol for driver's skill test (in your car) by appointment only. Right door is both vehicle registration and car plates and tabs, And right door also for drivers license card renewals. Staff is skilled, courteous and gets you through what seem like a long line of customers very efficiently and quickly. Just make sure you read online in advance which paperwork is required for the licensing you need done. Bring the right papers abs you'll be out in a breeze.

Why oh why do I bother to ever go to the dmv on 94 when this one is clearly so much better.. you sign in and grab a chair and wait for your name to be called.. such a wonderful experience every time I go here..

I mean no one really enjoys going to the DMV. It can be , in some cases, a long and frustrating event. I have to say that my experience today at the Saint Charles Location was very good (except for amount of $$ I had to shell out to pay the tax) , actually it was excellent. I got there when they opened ,(0900) and was out the door by 0950. Efficient and organized. I have to mention my Customer Service Rep, Emma. She was so nice and helpful. Pleasant and knowledgeable. I know first hand that the Customer Service role can be very demanding. Emma you are awesome.

Went in for a license renewal with Real ID. I did not have an appointment. When you walk in the door you simply go to one of the two check in kiosks and enter your name and the service you require. They call your name when your turn is up. My total time from entry line to exit was 35 minutes. Professional service and smooth operation.

Best DMV to go to...surprisingly no long lines and you don't have to wait for long, I guess that's how efficient they are...Always love going to this DMV. Keep up guys.

Excellent service! Got in and out in under an hour and the employee was very nice. This is a little further away than the closest DMV, but I would not want to go anywhere else. I have yet to have a bad experience here.

Transferred my title/ registration from out of state. Appreciate how patient and kind they were in the office. The process the state has to get to this point is a bit cumbersome, but once you have everything it goes quickly.

I don't know that anyone loves the idea of visiting the licensing office, but I will say that this location is full of employees who are more helpful and friendlier than any other location I have ever visited.

Had a great experience here today. The staff was friendly and efficient with everyone in front on me in line, and were very helpful with my very late renewal. I have never had a problem or unhappy experience in the dozen or so times I have used this office.

I had a great experience at this location. It took about 5 minutes to register my car.

This location is the most organized DMV I’ve ever been to. All the staff are super nice and extremely helpful. I went there with my parents, who are in their 80s, to get handicap plates instead of a placard for my mom’s car. Emma was such a sweetheart. She patiently answered all our questions and explained everything we needed clearly. We had to go back a second time because one of our documents had expired. Luckily we got Emma again at the counter, and she remembered us. We expected to have a long wait but we completed our business and left within about 20 minutes. Because you log in on a tablet when you enter, customers are waited on in order based on what service is needed. There’s plenty of seating and people aren’t lined up, standing all over each other. Although it’s a little farther from my house, this is my go-to location to take care of all my driver’s & vehicle licensing needs.

Like everyone else, I dread going to the DMV- especially when I have multiple things to take care of in one visit. Today, even though it was fairly busy and I had to go through two lines (title and license), the people I dealt with were quick and friendly, and got me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes.
