Outstanding customer service! Walker looking for a few items and the amazing employee took me right to the aisle! Thank you! You saved me a trip to the hardware store.

Fantastic! Last night I ordered $48 worth of Easter basket stuff for my grandkids to be delivered this morning. However, I received an email from them saying my order had been cancelled because the store was out of stock on everything I ordered. Just out of curiosity, I physically went to Walgreens to see. Turned out, they flat out lied to me! They had absolutely everything I ordered!
If they didn't have a driver, I get that. They could have contacted me and asked me to pick up my order instead. No problem. I was so angry that I left and went to Family Dollar instead. Not only did I get everything I needed to make my baskets but a few extra items that I needed to stock up on at home as well. All for just over $25 as opposed to $48 !!!

I absolutely Love the store manager Michelle!!!! Hope I’m spelling her name right! She is everything! She’s ALWAYS so pleasant! She works really hard and still keeps her kindness and professionalism on point. She should be a District Manager!! If anybody trusts reviews. Check out my other reviews on other businesses coming up. I’m honest and I must say I have had the best sore experiences every time I go in and she’s there.

The only thing I noticed today was a couple of carts had bad wheels. If they don't roll smoothly fix or get rid of them. Otherwise I had a fairly nice time at family dollar.Thier store personnel did an awesome job bagging my items I purchased.

Actually shop there all the time. I get my cleaning supplies there. Also car and dog food. They have very inexpensive decor. The furniture is very cheaply made but the decoration stuff is good Christmas and holidays always have good deals and surprisingly they have clothes there that are actually cutr

The person you were dealing with, Rickie, is not the store manager. He is a head cashier/manager when there are no other managers available due to company staffing thru corporate. The store manager, Michele, has been a manager in retail for almost 20 years. It is unfortunate that you had to deal with those issues as Michele goes above and beyond to make sure that her customers have a pleasant experience as to keep you as a repeat customer.

Family Dollar is extremely affordable. You do have to pay attention. Some of the prices are not cheaper than Aldis. It is best to walk the entire store to catch a good deal. The location is convenient and you can see it easily from the road. Check out the store.

I shop here a great deal and I find what I am looking for the majority of the time. The staff is always helpful if I can't find a specific item. I especially like when I am able to save money.

They had everything that I needed. There's toilet paper AND cleaning supplies! WINNING!! The associates were friendly as well.
