When you walk in you are greeted and the brother behind the counter is so kind. He was very patient with my dad & nieces. He also is very funny. The food is amazing; I got the 6 shrimps w/ yams and potato salad. My dad loved his tripe sandwich and my nieces loved their cheeseburgers. The banana pudding was delicious and so was the peach cobbler. I love how the place is decorated. Will continue to support.

Food is delicious! Cashier has wonderful down to earth personality. Hidden gem. Visited twice in one day and took a friend. Will definitely be back. Banana pudding and peach cobbler could use some tweaking, pound cake was great, baked chicken, spaghetti, cabbage and cornbread all good.

I had the tripe and bbq. Everything I have ordered has been excellent. Tripe so good I came back 2 times in 1 day!

I was going down St. Charles Rock Road and saw they were open. I stopped to just get a menu but ended up getting some food. I'm vegetarian so i only got the onion rings but they were delicious. My other half got the ribtips with onion rings and baked beans,my mom got the ribtips with baked beans and spaghetti, and my sister got the beef polish. They accept cash and cash app. There is a $2 fee for using cash app. It was definitely worth the stop.

The owner and daughter was so nice! My first time going and baaaaby all my food was good! I now have a new spot for soul food!

Every time I come here I recommend the Catfish fillet, the shrimp, the tripe, and onion rings!! All is absolutely amazing! Love the food and the great customer service! 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My friend and I ordered doordash with another place that used to be there. When we got there, the staff let us know it was a closed and let us get food there even though they were closed. The food was amazing, the people were amazing. Would give more stars if I could!

The sweetiest lady in the world, always greet you with a warm smile,very nice and respectful family workers,clean establishment great variety oh and fresh sweet fruits glad I went there....EVERYONE SHOULD TTRY IT......SUNDAY OXTAILS!!!!!!
