H&R Block

I've never filed prior to this tax season, and knew very little about how everything worked. Dawn was really nice and fast, and a great communicator. Also have talked to two different front desk workers and they both have been very kind ladies. Always nice to have patient and nice people help someone who is very unfamiliar and uneducated when it comes to things as complicated as taxes.

I have been filing my taxes with H&R Block for the past 20 years. They have always been very helpful and up front with any and all information. They make sure to walk you thru the entire process, assuring you understand everything before moving on to the next step, they take the time to let you ask questions, if they don't know the answer they always find it.

We like the security H&R gives us. Patsy is awesome, we always request her. She works hard to get all the return she can for us

I am unable to get the tax return amount that y'all have been able to for the last 3 years I'm extremely happy with the agent that I deal with very nice very upfront very helpful willing to explain everything she's the same age and I've dealt with for 3 years now

We were impressed by the fact that ya`ll worked together when you had a question about something you were not sure of . And the result was the fact that we had over paid our state taxes last year due to a computer glitch ! Very appreciative !
