This is the real deal! Love their sandwiches!!! My server was extremely pleasant and efficient! Mom loved her traditional Amighettis sandwich!

You GUYS!!!! A friend recommended this place, so figured we try it. You. Will. Not. Be. Disappointed!! I had soup and also the sandwich! The soup had so much flavor and was so hearty and oh so delicious!! The sandwich? Oh. My. Goodness!!!! It just melted in your mouth. The bread...to die for. The service was pretty awesome. They made recommendations and checked in with us to make sure we enjoyed our meal! OH and we had the "toasted" ravioli l....so good. The marinara sauce was so good too!! I would highly, HIGHLY recommend this place!! Thank you so much for making our last meal in MO, one to remember! I may have to try the shipping as this is one I'll be craving! ;)

Another is serves the best sandwiches on the planet. I've been everywhere and the loaded special remains my favorite for 44 years. Great customer service and fresh cuts of deli meat.

I got the “Le due mezze” choosing the minestrone soup and the Amighetti’s special sandwich. The soup tasted like the veggies were freshly picked and the sand which was just as good. I’m not a huge fan of cannolis but the pistachio filled one here is delicious.

The name says it all. If you think you might not like a specific ingredient that comes on this sandwhich I strongly recommend you get it exactly how it’s made. The top of the menu should say “JUST TRY THE SPECIAL” this thing is perfect size and leaves you with some leftovers which will soon be devoured so make sure you hide in lock and key in the fridge. Toasted is my personal choice. Now I understand why all the “so called” sandwich places in town continued over and over to try and imitate this masterpiece. Great service and great 100% overall experience. I will get this again…like in the next hour;)

Fresh bread, meats, etc. Another staple to St Louis. You will not go away hungry. Choices from sandwiches to salads to pasta. Best deli sandwhich in the area. You can't go wrong at Amighetti's.

I went to Amighettis on the hill (Southwest Avenue) new very nice clean well laid out if you leave hungry your doing something wrong very nice menu The original sandwich was as I remembered although haven’t had one in 20 years it looks like they are expanding into a full service restaurant when they open the other end of the building I will go back

I love sandwiches. There is a reason Amighetti's special is a staple in the STL area. Fresh ingredients and just a great all around sandwich dressed perfectly.

Great food. They have lunch specials. Less than $14 for their version of a “Pick Two”.

Fantastic food! Very affordable! Bold, rustic flavors, and a "pick two" option that allows you to sample a variety of almost everything. Tried this place out on a recent trip to St Louis, and we will definitely go back. We got everything in the photo (soup, garlic bread, crostinis, 2 half sandwiches, pasta, and meatballs) plus 3 desserts, all for less than $45.

The garlic bread was simple, but spot on, the perfect balance of crunchy and chewy. The soup was a unique and hearty tomato basil with onions stewed down to a thick, chunky, but melt-in-your mouth texture. Think french onion soup, but with a chopped tomato base instead of beef stock.
The salmon and spinach meatballs were rich and wonderful, served in a divine tomato cream sauce as comforting as a baby's blanket.
The white bean spread on the crostinis was exploding with rosemary, a most pleasant surprise!
And the desserts were fantastic! I love that they were small enough to justify trying instead of the big commitment of your typical brick-sized, 6$ hunk of super rich dessert that you have to share with 4 people. We tried the pistachio canoli and the candied orange canoli, which were both excellent, (I highly recommend the orange one) and the amaretto brownie, which my kids said was "the most perfect brownie ever!" The texture and flavor were both amazing!
Family owned, and the owner and staff took great care of us. Hospitality as it should be.
I suspect you really can't go wrong at this place!

Wow! Don't sleep on this place. The amighetti sandwich was out of sight and the sauce on it was delicious. The dressing on both pasta salad and side salad, the cheese was quite good.

Delicious food always! Today I enjoyed the meatball sandwich, pasta salad and chocolate chip cookie. Every single time it is absolutely perfect.

Absolutely stellar food. Tons of gluten free options also. So good n' tastyyy!

Italian sandwiches par excellence, as expected from part of "the Holy Trinity of St. Louis fast-casual food." Excellent service, too. Tony will even warn you not to eat the display cannoli on the counter 😂

I visited the new location in The Hill today with some co-workers and had a really great experience. Before visiting, I reached out to see what sort of vegan options were available. The owner, Anthony, was super helpful with making recommendations and everything I ended up ordering was absolutely delicious. I work really close to this location and look forward to coming back very soon.
