VCA Manchester West Animal Hospital

Just discovered Manchester West when we took in a stray kitten a few weeks ago and they were courteous and friendly with many Doctors to choose from allowing us to get in soon. Dr. Williams was awesome and sent ya home with a clean bill of health. They have stayed in touch checking up on our kitty which we appreciate. We also enjoy the text services for appointment reminders and confirmations. It makes adding to the calendar much easier

Dr. Stauder is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. She knows my dogs and treats them with kindness and respect. It was the same story when we had our cat. Everyone there is loving toward animals and seems to enjoy being there. I enjoy being greeted by name and by Linda's friendly face when I walk in. We use the groomers for our Yorkie, and she does a great job. One other thing--I've never seen a vet's office that clean. Despite animals coming and going all day, it always looks nice and smells good!

I am new to the area and needed a Vet as my dog needed a prescription refilled. All the staff including the receptionist, tech, and doctor were most efficient and helpful. I was surprised to find that the first check-up was complimentary also.......a very nice welcome! I had my dog groomed there at a later date and found that service to be excellent too.

Love the staff and doctors at Manchester West! Also, the personal touches like a welcome packet sent to my home, and a follow-up call to see how my dog was doing after her vaccines was so nice. I have not had a vet's office call me after vaccines to see how my pet was doing. It's the small things that set, otherwise comparable, places apart and I plan to stay with Manchester West after changing my vet three times.

Outstanding vet service! My wife and I have been taking our dogs to Manchester West Veterinary Hospital since 2011. My three kids also take their dogs there as well. We've had great service from Doctor David Roberts and his two associates, Doctor Mary Stauder and Doctor Matt Bechtel. The vets are kind, understanding and knowledgeable, and the support staff is great as well. You can't go wrong at Manchester West Veterinary Hospital!

We had an excellent experience with Manchester West Veterinary Hospital! Dr. Strauder and the whole team are very friendly, knowledgeable and great with follow up. You can tell that they really care! They were quick to get me in as a new customer and listened before making a diagnosis. Our border collie, Sophie is feeling much better! They went above and beyond and even sent us a welcome card. My dog, Rosie, and cat, Eli, have been going to Manchester West for 4 years. We first took Rosie in for grooming with Dawn and she did an amazing job. I could tell Rosie felt very comfortable with her. We then switched from our previous vet because Manchester West's prices were better. We love our vet, Dr, Stauder. She is so caring with Rosie and Eli, very experienced, and always takes the time to answer our questions. 2 years ago we moved to Augusta, and we will always make the drive to Manchester West. The staff calls and sends reminders to show they care about our dog. My husband takes her to appointments and drops by to get her weighed so we keep her weight under control. Vets keep an eye on her fatty tumors, Dr. referred us to VSS earlier this year to remove a large tumor. Staff and doctors are friendly, we have enjoyed several events such as Holiday visits with Santa. We feel comfortable with the care she receives.

I've been taking my pets here for years and I love them ! The way they go about taking care of your animals is truly how they would treat their own ! I had to put my dog down a couple months back and the way they handled it exceeded every expectation I had ! The staff is very knowledgeable and will tell you what you need as opposed to what will make them more money ! Highly recommend them !

We have been taking our dogs to Manchester West for years now and we couldn't ask for a better doctor and staff! Our Dr. Bectal is very thorough, listens extremely well, and does only what is necessary for the treatment of your animal. They never try and sell us things, and if you're having a hard time with money that month, they offer payment options because they truly care and understand. I can't praise this place enough! I whole heartedly trust everyone working there, they truly are the best around! One of my favorite things about them is they give you a follow up call about 4 days after your visit just to make sure your furbaby is doing well! Thank you Manchester West for everything you guys do!!

Best grooming and vet!!!! I have a pomeranian yorky and she has been to dawn the past year for grooming.I have been to many groomers and dawn is by far the best. I also had to have my dogs baby teeth removed and the vet was great. If I didn't travel so much with my dog this place would be my main vet care. I highly recommend this place they care about your pet and don't try and gouge you.

This was our first time there and felt like we have been there many times before; it was a very comfortable environment. Everyone from the front desk, vet tech, and Dr. Trofin were great to speak with and answered all our questions. The fact that Dr. Trofin told us to try using over the counter Benadryl for our dogs itching before trying to sell me some expensive drug like my last vet was enough for me to come back in the future.

They exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff, technicians, veterinarians and groomers were all amazing! My dogs received wonderful care! I recommend this office to anyone.

I was referred to Manchester West by a close friend and when I took my new puppy there for his first visit, he did great and the staff was awesome. I'm excited to have found a Vet close by that will be great for my pup!

I brought my bunny in and they did a great job. Dr. Stauder was very knowledgeable and thorough with Holly's care. I am very pleased and will definitely be coming back.

Great service, friendly staff, knowledgeable veterinarians. They are always attentive to my pets needs and make sure all of my concerns are met. I couldn't be happier to be a client there.

We have 2 dogs - one very timid and one who loves anyone. Both have been very well cared for over several years and everyone goes above and beyond to make sure we have all the information and support we need..

The staff are very friendly. My 13 year old dog hates to be groomed and they took their time and was very patient with him to ensure he looked good despite how crabby he was.

Can I give them more stars? The staff has been great and understanding. The hours are flexible. I was able to get a last minute visit in when we had an issue. Highly recommended!
