Hank's Cheesecakes

Wow! Always, and consistently WOW! We randomly pick up a variety of slices at random times. Hanks is inventive, fresh and original. I've not had better cheesecake anywhere else.
The staff is welcoming, polite, and offers assistance. They're also patient as my kids make a selection at the glass cabinet.
The atmosphere hasn't changed, which gives a nice nostalgic vibe.

I am now a cheesecake fan because of this place. I tried two flavors, one mini and one slice and both were very tasty! Creamy and rich with great flavor! Will definitely be back to try more!

We had cheesecake for our wedding and it was a huge hit. My husband doesn’t like traditional cake, so we thoroughly enjoyed tasting different flavors and selecting our favorites! Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. The team enjoyed our cat cake toppers and we adored the final result. We hardly had any leftover by the end of the night!

There is no better cheesecake in St Louis, the US, and probably the world around other than Hank's Cheesecakes. These are absolutely delish and will leave you wanting more with every bite you take. The people are friendly and the cakes are melt in your mouth every single time.

We've probably tried 90% of their menu and there hasn't been a single cake that has disappointed us. We've got their cakes for three birthdays, two anniversaries, we've gotten their cakes simply when we were in the area, and sometimes driven 25 miles just to get them. Yes, they are that amazing and I'm sure everyone who has been here agrees with me.

We love their original followed by their double chocolate, praline, white chocolate, amaretto, and strawberry. Also, don't miss out on their raspberry, hazelnut, almond cappuccino. You just cannot go wrong when it comes to Hank's cheesecakes.

The last visit made our day and that is why we just had to leave a review. Keri is a darling of a server. Unabashed for her love of tiramisu cheesecake and heck we had to get it. She let us take our time in picking, did not rush us at all even though it was just about half an hour to closing time. Thank you Hank's and congratulations on completing 40 years! Here's to another 40+ years!

My Husband and I just love Hanks strawberry cheese cake and carrot cake. It's always our favorite cheat day treat. Went back again and got the snickers cheese cake. All I can say is YUM 😋

I placed a pick order for my son’s 17th birthday. We order the hanks original and all I have to say is that it was amazing!!! I also decided to try a slice of the turtle as well. It was also very, very, good. I will say the slices are smaller compared to Cheesecake Factory. The strawberry sauce that I purchased in addition was a huge disappointment. All in all, I still will find my way back because it was definitely some amazing cheesecake!!

Hank's Cheesecakes are absolutely divine! As a southern gal with a love for banana pudding, the 9" banana pudding cheesecake my hubby ordered was a delight. Its firm yet creamy texture, complemented by the Nilla Wafer crust and heavenly whipped cream topping, made it an exquisite treat. Not to mention, the beautiful box added a special touch. Hank's cheesecake is hands down the best birthday “cake” I've ever had!

Great food and very friendly staff! They are very helpful with making sure that we have the best possible Cheesecake experience!

Update June:
Stopped at Amighetti's and Hanks Cheese Cakes on the Hill.
Just love that it's now close to home, even though the main store has alot more choices.
Totally out of German Chocolate cheesecake boo hoo, but totally understand if you've ever had it. So darn delicious, but then again all the cheesecakes are so yummy! Glad to see the sister stores is doing good, if you've never tried Hanks Cheesecakes get your butt over to Southwest location and treat yourself big time. We ended up getting the following:
White Chocolate Raspberry, Dark Chocolate Raspberry, Banana Pudding, Snickers, Turtle and Banana. So many more yet to try, go get your cheesecake fix. The lady waiting on was so warm and welcoming along with knowledgeable to helpful for sure. So off to try one of the fabulous cheesecake choices, get your butt to Southwest and enjoy!

Best Cheesecakes in St.louis for over 40 years.
So many flavors by the slice, miniatures or half & half along with full Cheesecake.
My favorite has always been the White Chocolate Raspberry & German Chocolate.
New flavors will be trying tonight & reporting in on them too.
Big Shout Out to Ken DA Man for 24 years behind it all.
Chocolate Strawberry was so awesome & taste like a Chocolate covered Strawberry only better as it lasts longer.
The Banana Pudding Cheesecake is just like Pudding only much better.
Chocolate Chip is fabulous as well, tasty and light.
Apple Strudel was very tasty especially real apples in it and the strudel on top was perfect.
For the price you pay for regular Cheesecake in the stores can't even come close to these homemade Cheesecakes with lots of flavors. Price wise it beats what your paying in stores as well, did I say they come in miniatures too.
Update:
Visited Hanks today to order a Birthday cheesecake for my little brother's Birthday next week.
With that said, I ordered half a German Chocolate and half a White Chocolate Raspberry cheesecake.
Of course, I bought some slices to take home:
German Chocolate, White Chocolate Raspberry, Turtle and Baileys Irish Cream.
For all of you who never have had the luscious melt in your mouth light scrumptious most any flavor cheesecake you don't know what your missing.
At only $5.00 a slice compared to the preservative created ones in the store that cost at least $7.00 - $9.00 a slice, you just can't beat these homemade delicate made fresh everyday

Want a yummy slice of heaven? Try Hank's Cheesecakes. The dreamsicle tasted exactly as advertised. My wife had the Pecan praline which she said was very good. You can also buy 2 sizes of whole cheesecakes and 2 kinds of regular cakes. Eat in or carry out.

My mom is a big cheesecake fan, so she was thrilled to get the gluten free turtle cheesecake as part of a surprise celebration! Everyone said it was delicious. Would order here again!

It was absolutely amazing, I've been looking for pumpkin swirl cheesecake for the past two years and when I came here to have some it was the best I've ever had! My mom used to have their cakes when she was 20 years old and even said that her memory didn't do it justice and she was right. Will definitely be coming back again!

I was greeted by two young ladies. One of the young ladies took my order and told me about the cheesecake deal . I was in heaven ! Totally understand why they are a little bit pricey . Trust me it's totally worth the $60 including tip. This is my favorite cheesecake bakery.

Simply the Best Cheesecake and soooooo many varieties. Today I had delightful German Choclate Cheesecake. 8/6 I had the Coconut Lime Cheesecake. Party in my mouth. Such fine cheesecake!

Got two cheesecakes for an Xmas party (plain and white chocolate raspberry) and they were a hit! The white chocolate raspberry was amazing!!! Will definitely be ordering again.

The BEST cheesecake I have ever had!! Ordered the Amaretto Caramel and it was so tasty and creamy. My mom commented on how she usually doesn't like Oreo crust cheesecakes, but she loved this one. Will be returning for years to come to try all the flavors 😋

I went to pick up a slice of my uncle’s favorite cheesecake (red velvet) for his birthday Friday and they didn’t have it on hand but they helped me preorder it for me to pick up before my breakfast date with my uncle. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had samples of a yummy cake while I was in line. Great place! Best cheesecake in the state!

There is a nice variety of cheesecakes to choose from. You can buy by the slice or entire cake. I bought a slice of lemon, turtle and banana cheesecake. They were creamy and the flavorful!

Banana pudding cheesecake was phenomenal, as is their carrot cake. Light-years ahead of places like the Cheesecake Factory.

I will definitely be back.
