During my first visit to iStorage, I noticed how clean the facility was and well-marked. The office worker, Billy, stayed past his quitting time to help my husband and I locate our unit and purchase a lock for it. Plus, he did this with a smile on his face. Impressive!

Great and friendly service at the front desk and the facilities are in very good condition. I have been storing stuff here for over 5 years without any problems.

I had doubts about renting a unit online but the process was easy and the one glitch I encountered was quickly resolved with one phone call. We've rented here before and the place is clean and secure. The manager, Mary Beth, always provides outstanding customer service!

Mary Beth went above and beyond to make our Uhaul rental and move as easy as possible. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! We drove the truck quite a distance and it was great, never a problem. We would highly recommend renting from this location. My wife has a lowered immune system and we greatly appreciate that during Covid we can safely go into the office, as wearing masks is required by staff and customers. The fact that they actually stick to this requirement speaks to how much Mary Beth cares for her customers-so that everyone can stay safe and protected. Thank you!!

Marybeth and Joy were both super friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions concerning the units and u-haul. When I got to my unit it was easy to access and very clean. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone in the future.

Joy was pure JOY to work with‼‼‼Friendly and very knowledgeable regarding her profession. She answered all of my questions; I had many as a first time storage unit user. Joy explained pricing and suggested the appropriate size I would need after asking me what I had to store. Joy took me to my assigned unit, which, was VERY clean. I look forward to visiting my unit and of course seeing Joy‼😊

Staff were awesome as we moved in to our second unit this last week! I broke a glass bottle and both staff persons were there immediately to offer a clean up. Wow, that is customer service! The units are clean, halls clear of debris and clutter and very easy truck rental and storage rental processes.

From the point of reserving two climate controlled units to moving my furniture from the self storage, the entire experience was excellent. The staff were professional and friendly, the units are clean and access was easy. I am so pleased with my experience and highly recommend this facility to customers looking for a clean and safe place to store belongings. Thank you!!

Awesome experience. Mary Beth is on the ball ! It’s nice to have one less thing to worry over when moving. This facility is clean and well maintained. I feel that my personal belongings are in good hands. I have recommended this facility to my neighbors as well.

Mary Beth did an awesome job of getting us set up with our indoor storage locker. She made the whole process quick and easy. This is a very clean, modern, and secure facility - no concerns storing things here.

We decided to put our condo on the market and needed to get our stuff out to get our place market ready. We decided on Eureka Self Storage. The owner was kind and friendly and made our experience a good one. We have been renting since April and have gotten some stuff out moved into our house. She offered the option that had we gotten our unit cleaned out by the end of the weekend, she'd refund us our rent! She did not have to do that but it was certainly incentive to get the rest of our belongings out! I'd recommend this facility to anyone!

Mary was beyond helpful in making my move with the Uhaul as painless as possible. She was helpful and a great start to the always dreaded moving day! I was a first time uhaul driver and she gave me a walk through to make sure my experience would be a great one! Recommended to any and everyone!

My boyfriend and I just got our 1st storage unit from here and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had, Marybeth was so amazing, she walked us through everything and answered all of our question even some we didn't think of at the moment. Knowing that it is client controlled and we can access our belonging anytime we need. I have to say, I have been overly impressed with Eureka istoreage the last year I have been a customer of theirs. Mary Beth is amazing, accommodating, friendly, and has a warm welcoming way to make you feel like family! I give this facility five huge gold stars. I would definitely do business with them again!!!

The storage units were very large, nice, clean, & well cared for. The owner was extremely kind, fair, professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Even though there was construction on the new facility, I could always access my units without difficulty. I highly recommend Eureka Self Storage to anyone who needs to store something short or long term.

I used Uhaul's website to reserve a truck through Eureka Self Storage. The website didn't openly advertise that the rate I was receiving did not include a per mile cost, so the sticker shock of the rate I was quoted online versus what I had to pay when I picked the truck up was pretty serious.

Also the truck had been covered in mud both inside and out from the previous renter and she knew I was coming early so she mopped the inside and cleaned the outside up first thing so that I received a clean truck.

Mary understood why I was so shocked at the price and did everything she could to help bring the price down for me. In the end, I couldn't have been more satisfied. Excellent service, and next time I'd skip the middle man and go straight to Mary to reserve the truck. Thanks again for the excellent service.
