T-Mobile

Went to buy home Internet service. They staff was extremely knowledgeable. The first gateway was busted out of the box. Came back an hour later and the staff was extremely apologetic even thought it was no fault to them. The home Internet is amazing if you have a good signal from home. Cancelled spectrum charter Internet service with in a week.

Brain and Tyler were amazing. I came in just wondering about pricing and I ended up switching 6 lines. They explained everything and took a very long time past their hours of operations to make sure I get the most savings and best deals. Recommend to everyone I know.

We switched from AT&T to T-Mobile this week. I have been an AT&T customer for many, many years and was a little Leary of switching. We were at the Eureka MO location and had to switch 4 phones over. Matt had sold us the plan a week before and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He ordered the phones we wanted and said we had to come back to have them switched. So we came back the next week and Matt was off that day so Nick stepped up to help us! WOW! This guy was AMAZING. Nick didn’t even make any commission on our phones but he still treated us like we were the best customers in the world and made us feel so special! He patiently took his time to answer all our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied before we left the store! Nick was GREAT!! Matter of fact, everyone was really friendly and willing to help! Great job guys! So glad we switched to T-Mobile!!

This was my first time at this location.

I didn't catch individuals name who helped me but he was super nice and helpful. He was able to get my issue fixed in less than 10 minutes of my arrival.

The store is relatively new, but it was really well kept on the inside.

Parking was decent, and a lot as well maintained.

My only complaint is at the store opens at 10:00 and that is inconvenient for someone who works on nights.

This place treats me better than my ex girlfriend.

Drove mom down to the Eureka shop couple weeks ago. Office was staffed with 3 or 4 eager to help her. Waited maybe 15 mins and she was on her way. Thought about switching my carrier at the time, but did not due to my time constraints. Maybe another day????

If I had to review the T-Mobile/Sprint business transition -- nevermind those of us who had their 3G iPhone 7 pried by force from their dead hands -- it would be a negative 5 star review. However, Tyler (and I pray I got the name right and I was so fried I had to ask even though he wore a tag) and the team at this location were nothing other than superb. Thank you. I was thisclose to ready to take my business elsewhere after all of the ridiculousness. You all ... well, ya did good. Whew, you kept me from being a Karen? Because god (tm) knows, Eureka is so lacking in Karens and Kevins. /sarcasm

Only reason I gave 2 stars was the person who helped me was awesome.

I will say this every time I've gone into that store it's been a waste of 3 hours now my monthly bill has gone up my phone doesn't work right with TMobile service and they don't care. ATT would bend over backwards to make sure we where satisfied I'm honestly thinking about switching back

I went there for help with my phone and they had absolutely no idea what was wrong with it. Not helpful at all and I got the feeling that it was his normal way of dealing with customers. Not motivated at all.
