Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront

We stayed there over the weekend for two nights. Everything was great from when we first checked in until we left. Everyone was friendly. The room was clean. The pool area was clean and they replaced the towels often with clean new ones. It was my husband, a 9, 5, & 2 year old plus myself. The location was great for restaurants, zoo, children’s museum and the aquarium. We will definitely stay again.

Our room was clean and really nice! We were in room 1034. The only downside was the noise from the highway. It was loud when you were on the balcony. But everything else was great! We will stay again. Nice Hotel. The hallways do smell like weed which i had read in other reviews but the room smelled fine. The indoor pool was really nice! The revolving restaurant was amazing!

Very nice hotel. I expected it to be more money but i got a great deal with aquarium tickets and breakfast. The breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast you actually ordered from a menu and got cooked to order breakfast. This is my new go- to stay when traveling through Cincinnati.

I stayed here this past weekend. In town to see one of My Hip Hop Legends TooShort! I had the time of my life! The Hotel was less than 7 minutes from thhe Venue. I ubered there and back. Check in was a breeze, the room- My Room was Playa! I stayedd on the 15th floor, King sized bed, the view from my room was amazing, and the balcony was an added touch of elegance. The bathroom was clean and spacious! I had a ball with that mirror that was in there, made my time getting dressed for the evening a super fun one! I would reccommend this hotel to anyone! I would also stay here time after time! The only place for me to stay when I'm in town. I Love it there! The breakfast was the bomb.coml! 5 stars all across the board for me!

Nice hotel, convenient location for Newport Aquarium visit. Rooms are decent, only complaint is there were no blackout curtains. Nice complimentary breakfast, delivered to your room. Breakfast was DELICIOUS! 😋

When planning for an event at the Radisson, ask for Rhonda. She was very accommodating and worked with us for months on making a beautiful event. The turn out was amazing thanks to her along with Star, Tony, Dayanna, Frank, and all of the front desk folk including Amy. Everyone was so kind and made our wedding reception magical. Thank you all!

An absolute hidden GEM ! My fiancee and I stayed here last night after coming back through OH from TN. We were greeted by a one man wrecking crew, Corey, who was multi-tasking. Checking in guests, answering phones, helping other employess~ truly a dedicated/hard worker (rare find). Our room was spectacular. Exceptionally clean, inviting, balcony had panoramic views of the river, barges still moving up and down the river, downtown Cinci from a birdseye view. The architecture of the building is also superb. Riding in the elevator took me back to a old Hollywood movie with the wooden panels. We also had a scrumptious dinner and drinks at the bar. The food ? Delicious ! Best meal we'd had in days, literally ! The drinks ? B.E.S.T ! I had the "Southern Porch Swing" probably the best drink I've ever had. I like my whiskey and this was a generous pour with the exact ingredients as listed. The beautiful lady behind the bar surely is a master mixologist ! She also wore two hats, cooking our dinners this night. Bravo to all the staff. We were treated so well. Thank you, cannot rate highly enough ! We will be back for a football game, see ya'll soon !

The room was nice and clean. The balcony view was wonderful. The service was fast and easy with digital check out. It does need some updating but still nice.

Close to Riverbend Music Center. Great views of the city and river. Clean rooms. Smelled clean, too. Comfy bed. Affordable. No issues. Thank God because my husband and I made a pact that the hotels we stay at will be at least three stars--no less. Ever. Even if just for one night like at this place. Cool lights that light up the building at night. Convenient stores are super close, walking distance, in case you forget something while traveling and/or get the munchies.

The hotel is old, I brought my children when they were babies and small children in the late 80's and early 90's for the Sunday buffet in the revolving restaurant. Never stayed here till now. I expected some older aspects. Our room was clean, very comfortable beds and bedding. The room was incredibly hot when we entered and was a good temperature until around 11pm from adjusting it around 6pm. The view from our room was spectacular! The room was very quiet, we heard nothing! No other guest nor traffic. The other head lighting and outlets on the left side bed was not working. We had a refrigerator, good size with freezer and a microwave. The TV was very big with lots of channels. Room coffee delicious. The sink in the bathroom was high for teeth brushing for me and my 12 year old, but he is taller than me. The toilet bowl hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile. The tub older but worked well for a bath and shower. Hot water took awhile, but was good and hot! Had a clothes line for bathing suits. My son absolutely loved the pool, and the lounge chairs were comfy! They had plenty of swim towels too! We bought the aquarium package that came with free breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and huge portions! The hotel has maintained its old style ambience in the lobby with some modern style furniture that rocks for a homey feel. The downstairs dinning, lobby, lobby restroom, and pool area were clean and well taken care of. The entire lobby and downstairs restaurant was incredibly hot! The heat was still running and it was in the 70's outside. Staff was friendly and very helpful. A $7 parking fee was added, but my car remained safe and untouched! Worth the money, worth the stay!

5 stars isn’t enough for how wonderful this place is! Had to cancel my weekend reservation at the hotel from hell, and booked here very last minute. The staff were so amazing, they upgraded us from a queen to a king, the rooms are so spacious and VERY clean, the view is gorgeous no matter where you’re looking. I will absolutely be booking for every single one of my Cincinnati trips!

We decided to leave two reviews for the Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront, because people who worked really hard deserved 5 stars and much, much more. This is our first review.
A couple weeks ago (07/08/2023), we had our daughter's wedding at the Radisson Hotel in the Bluegrass Ballroom on the first floor. The ballroom itself, with the large chandeliers and up-lighting, was great! The hotel personnel who helped the event manager set up our wedding and worked in a kitchen and in the ballroom (kitchen porters, waiters, and bartenders) were absolutely wonderful! Everyone of them was SO nice and professional! They worked really hard on our wedding. We loved their impeccable event attire! One nice gentleman helped us look for lost keys and some clothes, which were found. We just had a lot to handle that day; therefore, we misplaced some stuff. This gentleman's name was Terrell, and he was working on our event as well. Thank you very much for your help, Terrell!!!
We also would like to express our sincere appreciation to Michael, the night manager! He performed all the announcements during our daughter's Wedding Ceremony and was extremely professional, supportive, and polite!

We had a 14th floor room with the most amazing view. Room service was beyond my expectations. Our room had a jacuzzi, it was amazing, so romantic..comfortable beds, great experience! The breakfast room was also amazing, from food choices, service and view, just amazing all the way around, loved it!

Long check in wait time. You have to pay 7 dollars for parking. which comes out of your 50 room deposit. The bed was good. The bathroom was run down and needed updated.

Beautiful hotel, awesome views of Cincinnati if u can get on the north side.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had an accident in the bathroom. The toilet was stopped up and the room didn’t have a plunger. The toilet ended up overflowing and flooded the bathroom pretty bad. We called the front desk and she said she would send someone up to us. A manager looking gentleman came up with a mop and bucket and cleaned up all of the water for us then brought up 2 clean bath towels for us since we used them to try to stop the water from seeping out of the bathroom. He made it sound like it was no big deal and he was very polite and helpful about the whole situation. He also asked us if there was anything else we needed. I highly recommend this hotel. They have excellent customer service!

Absolutely loved the views from this hotel. Make sure you get a room with balcony, gorgeous views of the city. Rooms were clean and affordable.

It was a surprisingly wonderful experience, she placed us in a room with a beautiful view and staff was lovely and accommodating. The restaurant was breathtaking and food was so delicious! Staff was very knowledgeable on the food and drinks. I loved it all... but there's definitely paranormal activity there as you can see in one picture I have uploaded... but even if you don't believe in the paranormal activity... look into some of the history of this hotel...I did a search and did atleast 3 deaths 1 happened nearby and the other 2 happened inside... the interesting thing is, I didn't feel any bad energy while I was staying, it was actually the complete opposite, it was such a happy good feeling, and the band that played that night added to the blissful atmosphere. My phone was about to die so I think I only had a little bit of footage of the sign that showed who was playing I'll find it and upload it for you all... but thinking back it felt so eerily good and peaceful that I'm for certain the spirits that reside within are good.. they aren't troubled. But don't take my word for it go see and feel for yourself!

We stayed there a couple of weeks ago. When checking in, I mentioned to Heather at the front desk that we were celebrating our anniversary. She upgraded our room and gave me two tickets for drinks in the restaurant. I did not ask for anything special, so it was so very nice and thoughtful of her to make a big deal out of our celebration. The restaurant was tremendous. The view with it turning is of course the best part! Our food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the food came out very quickly.
