Shady Lane Park

This park is a hidden gem and has become a place my kiddos and I visit regularly. It is located in a beautiful area and is very clean and well kept.
The play set is very unique. My boys have a 5 year age gap, but they both enjoy playing here. My 4 year old can fallow his big brother around, and I feel he is safe doing so.
The park has so much shade, so parents can sit comfortably while their kids play without feeling like they might melt.

At risk of hyping this park up too much…. This is our favorite park in Weber county! Its name doesn’t lie. It’s nice and shady and the playground is so much fun. This is our choice of playground every time!

2 parks by eachother.. field in between. Bathrooms, pavilions, lots if seating and shade. Awesome playgrounds!

A lot of shaded areas and picnic areas. The toys are the only area that are directly in the sun but because of the trees before 11 and after 3 on summer days and nights still gets shaded and cooler.

This park is definitely our favorite park in the area. It's usually not super busy so that's nice and we absolutely love the tree coverage. My dad helped build this park so I'm a little biased but it's still a great park!

One of the playgrounds here (there's 2) is in the middle of a grove of trees and it is beautiful and a fun area for the kids to explore and use their imagination! There's several picnic tables surrounding the tree playground. Only drawback is that this playground is best for kids maybe like 4-12 years old. Not the best for really little kids.

Wonderful large park with lots to do. Soccer fields, baseball diamonds, two separate playgrounds (one in the shade of the mature trees, and the other in the sun between the two large fields, horse arena, multiple nice bathroom facilities, picnic areas, pavilions, and lots of trees. Nice big parking lot as well.

This park is a fantastic place to take your family and have a picnic. It isn't called Shady Lane for nothing. The old trees always shade the park to make it very comfortable during those hot summer days or hot early evenings. The playground it a big hit with the children.

We love this park! A lot of shade, a pavilion and picnic tables. Bathrooms are a little up the hill. It's tricky to find the first time you come here because the trees cover most of the park. It's right next to another park and a horse coral.

Awesome park. I love how there is plenty of shade around with picnic tables everywhere. This park feels nice and secluded. Very relaxing environment to bring kids to.

Clean park, not too busy. My 4 year old son loved it and the other kids that were there were very nice. All the parents were attentive to their children. Its a nice area and nice neighborhood.

Awesome kids park close to the bathrooms plenty of space can watch horses and owners ride next to the play ground in the pin. All around beautiful nothing bad to say about this spot

Such a fun park. My girls call this the "squirrel park" because there are animal carvings on the cool faux wood portion of the playground.

My girlfriend and I like to spend time here in the pavilion. Very nice park, kind of out of the way. Also might be haunted

Great park. Lots of shade. Another playground is a walk away. Huge soccer field.

Fun playground. Better for slightly older kids 3-12, probably not too safe for toddlers. Unique design, worth checking out.
