Very high end embroidery shop. I bought a cross stitch painted canvas. It's like 5x7 and was $45! But the design was impeccably painted on, very easy to stitch over. The employees helped me find all the colors I needed to match it and I also got a great book with 100s of cross stitching alphabet fonts. I'm just a home stitcher so they used some lingo that I had never heard of but they were super pleasant and very patient with me and my questions. I'll definitely be going back for my next project!

Very nice and also very expensive needlepoint store. I loved the employees and the products they sell are amazing. Just be aware, it’s very expensive, but worth the money.

Went to buy for my wife knowing nothing of this foreign world of stitching. The woman behind the counter walked me around the shop and was very helpful. She then lead me to a group of elderly women who recommended other locations around town to find what I needed. Great service all around.

Very helpful, various materials for anyone's needs. Always has great items to just browse and get ideas. I've tried other places but this the best.

I previously posted a negative review regarding Sign of the Arrow. I have since spoken and communicated with Julie on numerous occasions and the misunderstanding has been discussed and resolved. In fact, I received the needlepoint canvas today and I am speechless. The artwork is remarkable and breathtaking. I will definitely recommend Sign of the Arrow to anyone who enjoys needle work.

Love SOA! I've learned to needlepoint with their volunteers, starting with a few simple keychains. I've made some more advanced projects, and always get new ideas when I go to the shop. I also really like the gift selection; they gave great gifts for baby, wedding, or a housewarming. And a huge selection of Christmas decorations and Tervis tumblers. Highly recommend!

Very helpful but not pushy staff. I spent 3 hours here and they were very knowledgeable too. Other customers were helpful too. Will definitely be back.
