Fifth Third Bank & ATM

This is my go-to 5/3 bank. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I use the drive through and go inside and they are so nice. You can tell they are a great team. I couldn’t ask for a better bank. Thank you!

I was having some problems with my accounts recently and the friendly staff at this branch helped me tremendously. In particular, Marcie T went the extra mile to get the issue resolved!

Some nice lady turned in my card lost in the walmart parkinglot while I was broke down trying to fumble with my car. They left me a voicemail that my card was turned in so I was able to get it the next morning. The ladies there are SO nice and wished me happy holidays! life savers!

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They are a please to deal with. Way better than making a phone call to get things done.

Terrible place they don't know anything they put you on hold then hang up on you they don't care I lost 2 hours of pay because of them time to change banks I made a mistake the people there have no clue had to have the branch in Coldspring help me

Tellers aren't very nice nor very helpful dont go to buy penny's they dont like to handle them

I am a businessman and need my change for my customers. However, when I go to the fifth third in Alexandria and ask for a box of quarters, they never seemed to have them. You would think a big bank would be able to have quarters to give to their customers. I had to go to 2 different fifth third, banks to get one box of quarters.

The atm took my money and didn't want to help me get it back
