They are very friendly and had my medicine ready when they said it would be ready.

The pharmacist was awesome! He gave me a few medication tips that made changes to my life immediately with a discount! You rock! Thank you!

Pretty good service but at times there’s a long line. They will open up a 2nd Check-out if they have adequate staffing! Nothing negative to report.

Very slow prescription turn around 2½ hours and always out of something .

If I could give this CVS Pharmacy a ZERO, I would. Jerry the Pharmacy Tech is unprofessional, Kimberly doesn't have a clue on how to do her job when answering phone calls. And they don't document when patients call to see what is going on with their prescriptions. It appears that Matt the Pharmacy Manager doesn't have a clue of what his staff is capable of doing when it comes to their job, especially when he is away. For a week now, I have been told that a prescription has not been received, and when I contacted my doctor's office was told that it had been sent and received by the pharmacy location, I have been told by Kimberly that their location was told that I would have to go to my doctor's office to pick up my prescription or get a new one. I will be contacting CVS Corporate Office and Missouri Pharmacy State Board, so they can follow up to see if they have any other complaints with this location.

Customer service at the service desk is f****** horrible, it's filled with a bunch of people with attitudes that act dry and smug when you're talking to them... Good luck calling because they might not answer the phone and if they do answer their not helpful at all... As for the rest of the store, it's a pretty chill shopping experience but in my opinion everyone works the service desk should be FIRED...
