If you ever need to rent an appliance. Please try them out. My fiance got a washer and dryer from them and it's great. They have quality appliances for your buck and it wont hurt your wallet or bank. Weekly, bi- weekly and monthly options on payments. But dont just take me word for it. Go see for yourself. And get the same experience. I enjoy walking and shopping in RENT ONE because the store smells are so fresh the employee's are very professional and kind.They all understand your needs, plus will go over board to help and find the items you would love to rent. The store Iam speaking about is RENT ONE located in the NORTH OAKS PLAZA,the store manager Mr. Kindell will do everything to make sure you were satisfied while in his store. From "HELLO, HOW CAN WE HELP YOU, LET ME CHECK AT ANOTHER LOCATION, I WILL FIND THE ITEM FOR YOU, AND MOST OF ALL CAN I GET YOU A COOL BOTTLE OF WATER AND MUCH MORE. A PLEASANT ATTUTIDE AND THE CUSTOMER MUST BE HAPPY". I don't know much about the other RENT ONES but I do know for sure many people love to go inside this RENT ONE even if they are just looking. MR. Don at the North Oaks Plaza location has excellent customer service and went out of his way hooking up tv, surround sound, and DVR. Was very knowledgeable and educational. Took his time explaining to me and my wife how to work everything. Will be making more purchases .
