Crossroad Health Center

I have been going to this clinic for over 20 years now and the only issue I ever had with having Dr. Robert's as my doctor. He is strange to me, it's like he never fully listens to his patients as if he don't even remember nothing about the patients health history on every visit. Very vague, never paid attention when complaining about something I always felt as if he was just there to get money and not care about a persons health at all. It's like he don't even know what he is doing, and the wait time was ridiculous to have an appointment at 2:00 and don't be even called back for Ann hour later is insane to me. So I was happy that I was able to change my doctor and I've been happy every since but all in all Crossroads is a great clinic

I was fortunate enough to be able to tour this amazing facility during the 2024 CCHF Conference and when I tell you this is a GOD fearing, Mission minded group of Saints, I mean every single word.
They are an asset to the OTR community and I was blessed to be able to take tips from them, and their Spirits and smiles revived me and reminded me of why I do what I do.

Hands down one of the best set of drs and staffs I’ve seen around especially since I’ve been with them since day one of my recovery and they definitely gave me the confidence and the encouragement and motivation to keep going ❤ great people

I really like this doctor's office. The wait times are usually short and they are very, very thorough. The doc's and nurses genuinely care at this office. They listen to all of your concerns and so their very best to treat you. Also, medication can be picked up at the on-site pharmacy which is very convenient.

Its in otr, parking is difficult but the security guard keeps a close eye on the cameras & helps out. The doctors are the best! I could've switched when I got insurance but I liked mine sooo much I've stayed. They r so helpful & thorough. I did hear Dr. Robert's tends to run at least an hour behind but people love him or her.

I've been coming here since 2003 and can honestly say that they wholeheartedly care for their patients. The office/exam rooms/play area are always clean and the staff are courteous and friendly. There is not a long waiting list to be seen and they will work with any schedule you have.
I would recommend to anyone....and have!!

I have been going to Crossroads Health Center since 2014 and have always encountered professionalism at its best. The staff is very helpful and able to answer questions that I might have. My doctor, Amy Van Milligan is the best and has a very good bedside manner. I really appreciate her and blessed to have in my circle of doctors.
