Great staff. Dr. Barrett took care of everything I needed. He answered all of my questions and concerns.
UPDATE: It is now 2024 and I am still seeing Dr. Barrett for all of my follow-ups. I have no desire to see anyone else. Highly recommend!

Dr Barrett is patient, kind, and willing to listen and answer your questions.. he is 6’7 and has fingers the size of grown cucumbers... ex prisoners will enjoy his exams

Sharing this because a good friend of mine was in great pain after a visit to the emergency room for kidney stones. She was told by ER to follow up with Urologist . She called on Monday and their internet was down and the lady said she would call her when it was back up. She never did. My friend called back on Wednesday morning and there internet is still down. So with that being said, if you are in terrible pain and the internet is down - I guess you can go back to the ER and hope their internet is not down. Can their office people not take notes and insurance info by hand and enter later. Pitiful!

Ms. Ferguson Ieft me feeling like I was unheard, viewed in a confrontational and suspicious manner, and that I was wrong for expecting pain management for a procedure that is uncomfortable at best and extremely painful at worst. Thankfully she’s not the one doing this procedure because if she were I wouldn’t be back.

Dear Doctors, this is Mississippi where its awfully hot in the shade. I do not have a ac in my automobile which the temp was reading 106. But yet you wanted me to go sit in a 106 degree car to cool down. Yes I am going to have fever, why because my car temp reads 106. Also have a kidney infection which was why I was sent to yall to start with. Again a fever and I disnt need to over heat. I also ha e a breathing condition that makes mask wearing impossible, it will actually make me sicker from it than without. But I was willing to wear it and totes my inhaler. I also am limited on how far I can walk and stand. Which made me almost fall both ways the first time. This is Mississippi in July. You will be hot
