Great dental office!
The front desk is well staffed and always friendly and efficient.
Dr. Jones is very gentle and takes her time with exam and explanations. First crown I ever had that was perfect for fitting and no re-do.
Fred is my hygienist and the absolute best!! She is so nice, courteous, takes her time a does a thorough job..definitely a 5 star!

Absolutely the best dentist office I’ve ever gone to. This place seems like it’s for the rich, but insurance actually covers it! I was surprised when they said I was good to go after my appointment, I was expecting to pay a ton. They have water with fruit in it, coffee and tea on tap for patients and sofas instead of uncomfortable chairs in the waiting room. Here they truly have put a lot of effort into design and comfort for everyone. As for the team members, they are lovely, so nice and understanding. There was a slight mix up for my appointment but they were able to get everything corrected and were extremely accommodating. The doctor I saw actually talk to me about my teeth and my concerns instead of just saying I’m good and I can leave. The dental hygienist was amazing too, so kind and actually talked to me instead of just leaving the room silent. I did hear this place used to do hand massages, I hope they bring that back soon. This place is truly a spa level dentist. I almost can’t wait to go back for my 6 month check up. 💕

Absolutely LOVE this place. When I walked in, I felt like I was walking into a fancy hotel lobby and not a dentist's office, which honestly was so relaxing. I have a SEVERE phobia of dentists in general due to horrible experiences as a child and as an adult, and this helped TREMENDOUSLY. The staff is super nice and went out of their way to help me feel as relaxed as possible during a traumatic time. I will literally never go anywhere else, they are absolutely phenomenal.

Dr. Jones is the best dentist ever! She is professional, kind, and compassionate. Her office is beautiful and the atmosphere is spa like. Going anywhere else is a mistake.

Ashley, Stephanie, and Dr. Johnson are a great team! They are professional, but also very kind and make you feel like family. I didn’t go to the dentist for a long time because of anxiety but I never miss an appointment with them.

These were the nicest people and dentists I have been around in a long time. I was here from out of town and my crown came off and they were so understanding and helpful and the best part was they didn’t break my bank account!! Thank you so much!!

I had a simple teeth cleaning with no problems. Dr. Jones came in and realized I was distressed about something else other than my visit. I don't want to go into details but a family member seriously ill. Dr. Jones listened, empathized, hugged me. She is truly a kind person/dentist.

The difference between Hillcrest and my long-term previous dentist is huge. From the welcome to the quick service and then the quality and professionalism, each step customer focused. The tools and technology used really impressed me. I will continue to seek dental services from Hillcrest and I will be happy to recommend the practice to others.

I had been looking for a good dentist since moving back to the coast and I’m so happy I came across Hillcrest! I called and was able to get on the schedule the next day. Everything was handled in ONE appointment from the x-rays to the cleaning and I really appreciated that with my busy schedule. The staff was super friendly and the dental hygienist checked in with me frequently throughout my cleaning. Looking forward to my next visit!

I had a root canal and they were wonderful! They got me in early so they could still have their Christmas party, which worked out great for us both. Dr. Jones is incredibly intelligent and is a wonderful doctor and person; I felt a lot less stressed with this procedure. Thanks for helping me end 5+ weeks of pain and fever. Merry Christmas!!!!!

The staff was outstanding for my first visit! Dr. Li was understanding of my fears and concerns. The assistant was polite and courteous. I think I have found my new dental care facility!

Very satisfied with my hygienist, “Fred”. She was gentle, thorough, explained very good what I needed to do. Dr. Jones was so personable and I felt very comfortable with her assessment of my teeth. I’ve never been in such a lovely dental office.

First off visually the place is beautiful and the staff is great at what they do and always so nice and very professional. I recommend this place all the time. I will say I miss the hand massages, I give Hillcrest an A+

Dr. Pearson is the most patient, caring, concerned and kind dentist and her never-ending kindness never fails. Her and her team are really great all the time and they always make our visit pleasant. I recommend them 💯 percent.

My first visit at HC and I had a great experience. Dental Hygienist was amazing and Dr Jones was so kind and helpful. Prompt (less than 5 minutes wait) and courteous service. I’ll be back and will definitely refer anyone I know to their clinic.

I tell you I hate going to the dentist!! But when your tooth hurts you can only put up with so much! They have a beautiful building. The reception staff are very friendly, as was the dental tech that worked with Doctor Johnson! Dr Johnson had a great personality and seemed to be really concerned about me and making me feel better!! I’m going back in January for a cleaning and check up!! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐’s!!!
