Conner helped me. Mapped my feet. Explained the results. He provided 4-5 shoe options. Helped me narrow down my choices to 2 faves. I purchased the Altra, but I plan to return to get the Brooks.
He also helped me to choose some good quality socks to try. All in all, I had a very positive experience and am happy with my purchases. My feet feel good. It's worth it.

I planned to stop by this store, find out my shoe size & then just order it online. I run at least 7 miles per week & needed to replace my Mizuno shoes. So I Stopped by this shop today as my first time ever coming in here.

Stopped in to check out some running shoes and was greeted at the door with no rush to sell me on anything which was nice…. As I browsed the nice lady asked me what I was looking for and I told her and she pointed me in the right direction. Bought me a new pair of shoes!!! Will be back

Had a great experience and the people there were very kind and patient. Once your there they take great care of you the entire time. Also the shoes are very comfortable bets shoes I’ve ever gotten.

Great place, especially when you need guidance. Currently in a boot and Kate was extremely helpful and patient with me to find the best shoe for me during recovery and even helped me to my vehicle. I will definitely be back, thank you Kate!

I had an excellent experience buying running shoes here today. Chelsea measured my feet, assessed my gait, and was very patient as I tried on 6-8 different shoes that she suggested. Once I had my top couples of picks narrowed down, I was able to run on the treadmill for a few minutes, to evaluate how I felt in the shoe when I was actually running. She was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable about shoes and running in general, as a runner herself. I learned a lot and walked away a happy customer with a great new pair of shoes! I'll definitely be back.

Y’all go!!! I have planters fasciitis sooo bad that I stopped walking and exercising. I can not believe how personal the service is and I was even more surprised on the cost! I was expecting so much more. Do yourself a favor and get professionally fitted. It will change your life!!

Fantastic store and excellent staff! Dana helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for me. I had no idea what I wanted, but she spent 45 minutes measuring my feet (it turns out one foot is half a size bigger!), analyzing my gait, and going through options and narrowing down which brand and specific shoes worked best for my feet. I have been wearing the new shoes for a few runs, and not a single blister! Highly recommend their store to help you find the right shoes for you!

Awesome experience! Went to get some work shoes - walked in wanting on clouds (that’s all I knew of). After they had me stand on a machine assessing my feet, Ed quickly got to know me and what I was needing in a shoe. After trying on a few different pair, he suggested switching brands. I trusted him. He put me in a pair of mizunos and I fell in love immediately. He was able to take all the information I gave him (job, style preference, color preference, etc.) and efficiently put me in the perfect shoe for me all in less than 30 minutes. He even put me in the correct size based on the shoe, (I wear a 7.5 and I got a 8.5 in these particular shoes) which I would have never known if I were just ordering them online. It was overall an amazing experience and I have been telling everyone I know about it. 10/10 would recommend. Their knowledge was so impressive and something I never knew I needed. Won’t go anywhere else! Thanks again Ed, I love my shoes!!

I came here with my brother, aunt, and my cousins to help them pick out some new running shoes. The store employees were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable on different types of shoes that they offered. My cousin and my brother are really happy with their new shoes. When I was leaving the place, my car couldn’t start due to the battery. The store owner was kind enough to come out and help us jump the car with his truck and I’m so thankful we were able to get the car running. I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a good walking/running shoes. It’s also a plus that their staffs and owner are really kind and understanding! Customer service is 10/10! Just had a great experience here! I haven't been running for quite some time due to an injury and I've been wanting to get back into it. I never put much thought into running shoes before, but Layton (sp?) helped me out today. He took his time, did an analysis of my foot size/shape as well as my gait. Based on that, he made a few suggestions, asked some preference questions and boom! He came over with 2 different options to try. He explained the the features and why they'd probably work for me, and that was it! Instead of trying on every shoe in the store hoping for a match, the first two pairs he brought me were great. I made my choice and off I went!

The store seemed to be getting kind of busy, so I must have gotten there at the perfect time, but if I had to wait 2 hours for the level of service I received, it would have been worth it.

Everyone was really helpful, and gave me excellent customer service. They got me fitted in some shoes that were perfect for my feet.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was greeted by a very friendly & knowledgeable young lady. She knew exactly what I was looking for after we measured my shoe size & gait. I wanted to try On clouds & I am so extremely happy with my options & the decision I made. I also got to run on the treadmill & make sure they were a good fit. I ended up getting the cloud flyers & I highly recommend them! I’m a heavy runner with a high arch & it feels like I’m running on clouds. My previous ankle pain & knee pain have improved because of these shoes. I highly recommend run -n-tri for serious runners/ walkers/ cross trainers. Thank you so much, I will be back!

Absolutely amazing little store. I was referred here because of pain in my shins and knees while walking. The saleswoman did an evaluation of my standing footprint, evaluated my gate on a treadmill and then patiently helped me find the right pair of shoes from among about 7 pairs. Best part is that the shoes that cost me $120 at this store are $199 on Amazon right now. I love a great bargain, especially when it comes with such amazing customer service!

The first time I was in, the sales lady told me she had recently had a return in my shoe size. She said she can not resale them but could give them to me if they work. She proceeded to retrieve a pair of walking shoes valued well above $100. The shoes looked never worn & she said if they fit, I could have them. They fit!
I had been suffering from plantar fasciitis, they recommended the right shoes for free, and the problem was solved within a matter of months of wearing the correct shoes! All this, and great customer service!
My family & I have been in several times since for various different pairs of shoes and sandals. Always a pleasure.
