This place is a bit out of the way but so worth it. Reasonable prices. The big John burger is massive. Chili cheese fries are Fantastic. Wife got hamburger steak. Biggest one I have ever seen.

Great little dive. Seats about 25 people. Reminds you of the "truck stop" restaurants from the 70's & 80's. Huge portion sizes. The mother trucker pizza is enough for 4 people. There was two of us dining. Tab was 25.00. Good place to grab a bite if you're near Morganton NC.

We went to make a pickup in Morganton, and got hungry, so we stopped in. The food was excellent, the prices were great, the service was impeccable. I even got a treat for Bear, who was patiently waiting in the truck. We will be back.

Huge portions of home cooked food - friendliest people around! Refills before drinks were empty and asked if we needed anything many times. Great value!

Had the hamburger steak and okra, food is really good….Got room for a few trucks in the parking lot, I was runnin a lil late but the stayed open for me… great folks

Old former off Conley Rd who own HillBilly awhile back. Rex opened this restaurant now! Excellent food!!! You will not be disappointed with these food.

Any place that makes you a SpongeBob cheese and ham omelet without even asking is tops in my book. Especially if they make it for my father! Lol

I have never went in here to eat we always ordered to go but my husband and I went in and sat down for breakfast our waitress was super nice and the food was amazing. Try the loaded omelette it's awesome !!

The amazing cook Dennis, did our plates and our order was perfect. The lady that took our order was very nice and professional. Good food for your money. Will be back. Country, hometown atmosphere. Over all nice place.

A very simple dining experience. The food was fresh and delicious. Our waitress was attentive. The prices versus serving size was great. I ordered a cheeseburger ATW. The burger was thick and juicy and filled the bun. The slaw was perfect. It came with a generous portion of fries and a drink for $7. I will return. :)

You won't find a better cheeseburger and their chili cheese and fries are incredibly good, not your average run of the mill chili, can't describe it but it was incredible. Prices are so reasonable.

I ordered a hamburger combo. The burger was big and they gave us enough fries that I could have shared the combo with another person. Everything we order was very good. They have home cooked specials daily, but they had sold old. We will be returning very soon.

This was my first time eating inside & only 2nd time having food from there. Nice, friendly atmosphere with good food (from what I have tried) & they aren't stingy with it either. Better be hungry haha!
