AT&T Store

Shannon was the associate we spoke with while we were in the store! She was very nice and very informative. She helped with every step of the process!! Very, very happy with AT&T and the associates at the Morganton location and I am happy with my new phone and our service! 10/10!!

Hello, I had to mention how great this store is. I also noticed the negative review about the prepaid. I for one was in the store during that interaction, and the customer refused to pay the activation fee so the kind reps recommended they go across the street to Walmart to get a kit which doesn’t charge and activation fee. Not once was leaving for lunch mentioned. This is a great location with wonderful staff!!!

Me and my wife had such great service with them. Went to Verizon wireless and they didn't care about anything and acted as if I was a burden to him. At&t was a 20 out of a 10. So glad we choose them over Verizon.

I had such a great experience finding a new phone for my daughter. Odalis was very nice and showed great hospitality. She answered all my questions and was happy to help. Highly recommend asking for her whenever you guys stop by!

Very rare to find such a great employee who not only was so helpful but even stayed an hour after closing to complete the transfer of data from my old phone to my new phone! Very happy!

A young man named Sky helped us upgrade our phones and service a few months ago. Once of the best customer services experiences we ever had. AT&T is very fortunate to have this young man. He represents the company superbly.

We just switched our cell service to AT&T a few days ago. We received our phones yesterday, and had difficulty activating a couple of them. I spent about an hour online, chatting with representatives on the AT&T site, and I was transferred three times, the last being the department manager for advanced tech who told me that I would either have to call AT&T or go to a nearby store because the problem we were having was unusual. I went to the store in Morganton where I met Sky. It took him all of 20 minutes to figure out what was wrong. Either this kid needs a raise, or he needs a promotion to the tech department, or both. He was fantastic, and he knew what he was doing. The next time I have to go to the Morganton store, I hope Sky is there!

The customer service provided by Norman was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional and courtesy with every step of the process. Changing to a new phone can be a laborious and somewhat daunting task however he patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I love my new phone and am grateful for the positive store experience. I'll be a return customer for sure!

I had a wonderful experience an employee of the name of I think it was Sky they helped me with putting the sim card in the right spot it got knocked out of place and I didn't have a phone tool to reach the sim card and did it with chipper attitude and a nice smile!

Chelsey at the Morganton NC store gave me 100% of her time. I changed cell providers and got the latest IPhone. She took care of every need and did not let me leave until she knew my phone was successfully set up and updated to the latest version. Customer service is lacking in most local stores these days and I was pleasantly surprised it was not lacking in this store.

We have been going to this AT&T store since we moved here in 2014. The employees have changed over the years, but have always had a good experience with everyone we have dealt with, especially Sky. Sky has been most helpful with all our questions and sales!

I went into this store today and I was immediately greeted by a staff member named Jacoby. He helped me right away with a huge smile on his face. I felt that he was happy to be there and happy to help his customers. He was very knowledgeable and solved my request in a fast and efficient manner.I have been to this store many times and I must say Jacoby is probably the nicest staff member I have encountered at this store. AT&T is extremely lucky to have this young man as a member of their team! If you go to this store, ask if Jacoby is working so that he can help you. Got this new galaxy phone and is amazing. The store manager did a great job and transferred everything from my s3. They need cases. Better than the store in blowing rock is not far from this one but they messed up my bill last time. Is not good that I have to check Amazon for my case but the service was good here. Thanks.

Kyle worked VERY hard and fixing my phone amd resolving my issue very nice people. I felt very confotable asking questions and went out of their way to fix my phone. So if you go ask for kyle hes the very best!

Chelsey provided a 10/10 service. She is very professional. Customer Service...11/10...that is right 11/10. She went above and beyond to help me with upgrading my phones and switching over to At&t.

I have had nothing but great customer service at this location in my last few visits after I stopped coming because of a bad experience with people that don’t even work here anymore. I have visited multiple times recently and the wait was minimal. I felt the manager who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. I give them 5 stars for excellent customer service and seeing smiles on their faces. Thanks Jose! you definitely take care of your customers and I’m happy to be back in this location and to have the opportunity to see new faces and a nice environment.

Tim helped me at the AT&T that has been placed under new management within the past 6 months. I came in to fix an issue that was created over a year ago. Tim worked diligently until the issue was resolved. I was not told “you’ll have to call the main office”! It’s so nice to speak to a real person!
