Great staff and hospitality. They have helped exponentially with recovery after destroying my ankle. I'm not in pain 24/7 anymore and I cannot recommend anyone else for physical therapy!

Staff is very friendly, they take the time to evaluate you to find the core problem(s) that need to be worked on, they are very thorough, they think of creative ways to help you work on what needs to be worked on, and they are great with young children.

Everyone of the staff members are extremely helpful and friendly love going here for my physical therapy I would choose them over any other place if I need it physical therapy again

This is a great group of therapists. They keep me moving, the time flies by. They set me up with exercises to do at home too. I can really feel the progress we've made. I would recommend them to anyone!

Physical Therapist works with you to improve your mobility. Their goal is to make you well. They take time with you. You never feel rushed. They are prompt, accommodating, have excellent follow up with their patients. The facility is modern, clean and well organized. All the staff is helpful, friendly and professional. Staff very clear and helpful. I observe staff cleaning equipment between uses. Staff very mindful of my pain level and try to avoid any extra pain. Received take home exercise instructions with pictures. All this and a friendly atmosphere.

All the staff is awesome to work with...I like that they work with you each and every time plus explain what and why you're doing that certain exercise and how it helps. They get to know you which makes the experience comfortable and enjoyable. I Like the music selections too a little something for everyone to sing or nod your head to lol

The staff of Stephanie, Kwan and Miles is some of the best I have ever been around. They are so knowledgeable in all terms of physical therapy. They had my back feeling stronger in the matter of days. They come up with so many different exercises to enhance your disability there is absolutely no reason for you to not improve. The facility is also very neat, clean and well kept at all times. I would highly recommend Neolife to anyone who needs any type of therapy.

The front desk employees, Jill and Laurel, are quick to get you set up with an appointment with Jessika the physical therapist. Jessika makes an assessment of your problem areas and sets up a care plan to get you on the road to recovery along with the direction and encouragement from the physical assistants, Ashley, Daquan, and Miles. The staff is attentive to your needs, concentrating on what you require on that visit, keeping in mind your ultimate goal. You get a good workout! But, your therapy doesn’t end at the facility. There will be home exercises. To help you monitor your progress an at home, online exercise program is available which includes videos so that you know you’re doing the exercises correctly. Neolife has honestly been awesome to work with on working with me on my lower back. I don't feel like just another client. They honestly care about me feeling better and not doing therapy for the rest of my life. I love the app to help guide me on the exercises to do at home. It is all customized by my therapist.
