Lowe's Home Improvement

We were working on some projects and used curbside multiple times over a few days. Super easy process of ordering online, and checking in online when headed to pick up. Sales associate Nicole was super helpful and delightful.

Lowes is beginning to grow on me. Something seems to be happening company wide where there's a big push on customer service. They have a good selection and I always enjoy just walking around to see what's new.

Always a great store but over the past few years, it's getting harder and harder to find an employee for help when you need it.

Can't help but to love one of the only major home improvement store in this area, there are 3 other smaller ones, and due to this this pandemic they have been open, true some items are not on the shelves, but this to shall pass

I made a quick trip to Lowe's to pick up one item late on a Friday afternoon shortly before Christmas. Parking was available close to the store. I found the needed item quickly and checked out with no waiting in line. The employees were friendly and helpful. Perfect experience!

Going to Lowes always mean that there is work to be done but that is ok as long as the employees are available for guidance. Erick was extremely helpful on faucets, bathtubs and other needs. He has helped me in the past on doors, installations etc. Thank to Lowes for having well informed employees.

So here we are, in Columbus Mississippi. And Lowes is the only store within 50 miles who can or will run a phone sale. I'm not a big fan of Lowes. My experiences with them have always been negative. But I go anyway, because it's the only place close to the asset we are working on. I'm expecting the same customer service that I've received at other Lowes, which is none, but to my surprise, I find employees greeting customers and actively helping them. Management was on the floor helping customers too. Which is unheard of.
I gathered everything I need head to the Pro Service desk to complete a phone sale.
This is usually where the problems start.
But to my surprise, the lovely lady behind the counter, "her name is Diva, by the way. And yes it's her real name", she was awesome, helpful, and a true pleasure to work with.
This visit to Lowes turned out to be the best experience I've ever had with them.
Thank you Diva. I will definitely be shopping at Lowes in Columbus Mississippi again.

My husband and I along with our kids went to Lowes last night in search of a grill/smoker and had the best experience! We have been wanting to try a smoker but even after research on them we still needed that one on one from someone with experience and that is just what we found in Davis! Davis is a manager there and was extremely knowledgeable about the smokers and actually enjoyed helping us. We received some great tips and walked away very happy with our experience and enjoyed meeting a great employee. I don't think employees of retail get enough appreciation for all they put up with and still wear a smile but this one definitely does deserve it!! Thank you Davis for the wonderful care you showed us and your amazing personality!!

This is our go-to home improvement place. The staff goes out of their way to be friendly. The store is clean, stocked, and well-kept. If you're in North Mississippi and need one, this is by far the best Lowe's to visit.

Purchased flowers for gravesites. Staff super friendly and helpful.

The ASM DEONTREY and ASHLEY are extremely respectful and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and if they don't know something... they find out quickly. Nicole Collins, Fredricka and Tim at the pro desk, Willie in plumbing, Erik in Doors, Alan and Rudy in lumber, Chris in garden center are also my go to people when I'm in Lowe's which is everyday, because I'm building a house. But the guy JOEL (with the red hair) at the pro desk is very rude and snappy. He's only friendly to certain kind if you get my drift. I avoid JOEL at all costs. But overall Lowe's in Columbus Ms is the best Lowe's in the GTA!!!!

When to look for a vent hood and the sales guy in the appliance area was a good dude. He's a Navy vet so he shouldn't be hard to find. Went the extra mile to help us.

I need some keys made. Lowe's has a nice little kiosk that you can do this without getting a Lowe's represent. Which is very helpful quick and easy to use. They had plenty of Staff available for assistance and check out.

I wanted a grill in a box rather than an assembled model from outside the store. Regretfully I didn't get his name but this employee went above and beyond to find me one and bring it out. Then he even offered to come help me load it in my vehicle. I was very impressed

Love this location. I always come here more often since I purchased my home a few years ago. The team members I come across are always very helpful and very knowledgeable. I use the online in-store pickup service and it saves me so much time. I place my order and I get an email when it's ready for pickup. I get to the location and I have an upfront designated parking spot. I walk in and pick up is right at the door. Love it!!!! If you ever have a lot going on and don't have time to walk Lowes looking for things. Just order it online...save time@

My dad isn't able to drive anymore and I live a whole state away, I called to get a refrigerator and have it delivered and set up for him. I was freaking out because I couldn't be there but Stephanie helped me every step of the way- made sure it would be taken care of. She even called me after delivery to make sure he was happy and there were no issues. Her customer service had something that no one else does these days- she genuinely cares and builds lifetime relationships with her customers (even the karens)

Had a very nice shopping experience there and everything was nicely displayed and no clutter in the isles and the associates were very helpful and friendly.

Cashier was very friendly and polite. Sales floor staff was very knowledgeable.

It's a good store, I gave it a three because, you have to find a customer rep.. when you need help in like doors or carpets or flooring . But other than that good store.. I went into the lowes store today to buy bucket to wash my car and buy ant 🐜killer bug spray since it is getting warm . It is time to spray now for bugs , ants , bees. Do not wait untill you already having them . Start spraying early to keep them away. My son and I bought products at lowes cause of the great selection of bug products for whatever you.have. I moved them to 5 star because store was clean , neat and well stocked. Friendly check out.. Great service .
