Wow just wow , great customer service which is lacking these days . I felt welcomed, even one of the employees said , " Thank you for your Service " since I had my Navy shirt on.

Now this is a total 180 from my last years visit, were I felt like the employee could have cared less if I was there.

Very friendly staff! At the time I went, there were about 8 people in the drive through and it moved very quickly. The decaf, sugar free, vanilla latte I got was delicious!

Staff is always super friendly and helpful!! They make great recommendations and are very accommodating to custom orders!

So I walk in and get the best, most warm and inviting welcome I’ve gotten in a while. Highly recommend you go in to get your coffee fix here. Awesome vibe and fantastic staff!

Happy Starbucks is getting more vegan options too!

I came in to pick up a mobile order and the entire staff was exceptional. I wasn't waiting for much time at all but the manager on duty apologized for the wait and insisted on me accepting a gift card. I don't usually like going to chain restaurants, but I'll be making an exception for this particular Starbucks in Columbus from now on!

These people who work here are super nice. Always friendly, always smiling, and always having a great attitude. I love this place. They are quick and it’s easy to get to. It’s my favorite coffee shop ever.

First time going in, I usually go through the drive thru, but inside was very clean and friendly staff and order was ready to go right when I walked in. They are really on top of their game. I will give them 10+ amazing service. Always pleased with my purchase and the staff. They are doing a great job.

I come to this Starbuck’s a lot. Of course cause it’s one of the only coffee places around here that I’m willing to spend my money at(no bash to other places, this Starbucks is just great). I’ve been to other Starbucks around the state but this one is just by far the best. Everyone is sweet, especially when you’re a regular that comes in and orders. A good majority of the staff know me by name and know my face and know my order like the back of their hand. They’re awesome in here and they’re all absolute sweethearts to customers especially mid-day when business is slower and they can actually talk for a second. But overall amazing staff, amazing drinks and lots of great people that work here. Much love to the staff!

The workers are always really nice, and helpful. I'm beginning to be a regular there, and having someone friendly hand me my coffee is nice. I've been getting the same item recently over and over again there, and it tends to be a little different every time i have it. It's not a bad thing for me though, i personally like that about it. Overall, they are super friendly and nice, and i always see them cleaning up the place, so they take care of the store. Thanks for being awesome!

Jasmine was super nice with wishing me a Happy Birthday when I redeemed my free drink! Also the cashier was very sweet this morning giving me drink suggestions!

The Barista who helped me was very friendly and attentive. She served with a smile, and made me feel welcome. The store was surprisingly empty at 7:30 AM. (I'm used to the stores in LA, which are always packed, and you have to fight for a seat). It was nice to be able to find a nice, comfy chair and sit and work on emails undisturbed. The Drive Thru was consistently busy though, and the staff handled the business well. The location is conveniently located off of a main highway.

I mean it’s Starbucks what else can I say but the service is very nice
