Sweet Pepper’s customer for over 25 years! I’ve been eating here since the restaurant opened its doors - and I love it. It’s one of my favorite places to eat for many reasons - the staff are always nice, helpful, and usually even downright cheerful. The food is always fresh and tasty, the orders are always correct, and the atmosphere is chill. I’ve stopped for grab & go items during lunch, I’ve brought my family for years, and most recently have even organized group meals for the ladies in our church. I would be hard pressed to choose a favorite menu item, but some of usual choices are the California Club, the Club Wrap, the Oven Roasted Chicken Salad, a loaded potato, chips & rotel, the White BBQ Chicken Sandwich, and probably others I’m forgetting! It’s all good. But NOTHING beats their cheesecake! It’s amazing!!

I absolutely love their Veggie Pita! It is absolutely delicious and healthy! The pita bread is so soft and just like homemade. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is one of very few places that I will eat at because I know they have a clean kitchen, great management ensuring the food code is followed, great staff, and clean sanitary restrooms! And they even have an amazing rewards program.

Peppers is awesome!! I eat there almost every day on my lunch break and I am never disappointed. food is great. Service is great. 10/10 hands down. This is a southwest chicken wrap in the picture. It was delicious!

The 2 for $10 deal is great - note that you can upgrade to a bread bowl for no extra charge on soups - and the crawfish bisque is divine, at least when it's served piping hot (which it usually is).

I ate here for the first time last night (5.22.2024). The potato salad is FIRE! Next time I'm in Columbus, I WILL eat here again! The staff is super friendly and courteous too!

What a great find! We were welcomed by Gabriela who took our order... (Heads up to her manager, she's a Dynamo 💯)! She sold us on adding desserts to our orders and we're glad she did! Check out the chocolate explosion cake! 🍰 WOW! The sandwiches were delicious.... 1 brisket and 1 hummus wrap as well as the sides. I was surprised at how big the side salad was. We also had the potato salad 😋 yum!

We had a wonderful server she paid attention to use but wasn't overly attentive. The food was great. I highly recommend the crawfish bisque if you go on a Thursday. When the sandwich came out I thought it was a little small but with the soup I was plenty full and still had half to take home. Great place.

I visited here for the first time during a short vacation. I ordered a taco salad along with other food. I got back to my hotel and my husband's food was missing the chili that goes with the taco salad. I called the restaurant and the manager Stuart told me to come back and he would make my order right. He remade me a salad, gave me soup and gave my son a delicious cheesecake dessert( which he gave to his sister to celebrate her 14th Birthday). The food was delicious. He had no idea that we were out of town guest but treated us with such professionalism and concern. He is definitely a great asset to this company. he knows how to accommodate and make up for mistakes. this went such a long ways with me as a customer. Mr. Stuart, you are alright in my book. I hope you tell him of this review. I was the young lady from Atlanta. You told me you had been there as well for a truck show. Keep up the excellent work! I plan to go back whenever I visit my family again My cousin recommended this place and it was indeed a great choice!

Lucas is so sweet! I placed a to go order and only waited maybe 15 minutes (not long at all) and yet he still kept apologizing for my wait and he made sure I had everything before I left. Great customer service indeed! Give him a raise!

I've been coming to Peppers for over 15 years. It's one of the most consistent restaurants I've ever been to. Whenever I'm in Columbus and need a place to eat, Peppers does not disappoint. The servers are always quick and courteous, the food is great, the atmosphere is fun.

We placed a call in order but ate outside. Lisa was not our server but she still offered us great customer service! She greeted every guest she saw with a big smile. And of course the food was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

. I do not know lately what is wrong with there bread. Always so hard . They need to stop leaving there bread out open or start baking there own bread. ...my sandwich today was no.good and i threw it away jan. 31st 2024.
.Love there food, always so good. I love there chicken salad, and I also love there barbecue chicken pizza on flat bread but I get them to leave off the sour cream . My grandchildren get a cheese pizza on flat bread with pizza sauce. There sweet tea is always good. Just a great fun place to eat . Today on 5 22 2023 i decided to try the roasted vegi pita . The pita pocket bread was cold and was not fresh baked of which cold pita is not good . The roasted vegetables were good that i ate out of the pita . But the vegetables not warm.either. the bread i threw away. It been good if it had been warm to hot .

It's fast food but it's good food. Mostly sandwiches but soups and giant baked potatoes. Great little dessert selection, fresh brewed tea and soda. Soda. Inside and outside dining and super fast service with fair prices.

My husband and I ate here last night and had a WONDERFUL time!! We had trouble figuring out what we wanted to eat and our cashier, Claire, helped us make a decision on what to eat. Then, our server, Samya, was very nice and checked on us many times. Lovely place and great staff overall. Will definitely be coming back!!

I visited Peppers for the first time on Saturday… and came back on Sunday!! The food is fresh and delicious. I was full before finishing my meal each time, but never felt heavy after my meal. There service is fast and their staff was friendly! I wish I could take this place home to South Carolina with me! Thank you for a great first (and second) experience!!
