Pizza Forno

We just left this restaurant. It was EXCELLENT!! I had the pizza, my husband had the grilled chicken salad, our friends had pasta bowls and then we had the apple crisp pizza for dessert.

Everything was cooked perfectly. The guys working there were so nice and friendly.

We highly recommend Pizza Forno and will DEFINITELY be going back!!

Stopped in here for the first time today and my expectations were blown. Totally understood that it was oven fired pizza, but didn't know it was a create your own personal pizza (think Chipotle). This was amazing. 3 sauce choices, tons of meat and cheese choices, and plenty of vegetables at one price.

They had not only the usual fountain sodas, but also 6 beers on tap and a selection of other drinks.

The decor is very nice and welcoming and a great place to sit down and eat in.

The best part was the service. Everyone was kind and quick and I was absolutely surprised at how fast the pizza was fired and brought out to us.

My pizza and the peanut butter cake was over the top amazing and this will be my new go to for fast service and great food in the area. I wish I could do more stars as this place exceeded any expectation I may have had.

Great pizza joint! They're easy to get to in their location, fast (even their online order is always on time) and their ingredients are very fresh! We have tried quite a few of their specialty pizzas and have not been disappointed. Crust is crunchy and it isnt grease laden like other joints around here. They also offer salads, desserts (like their apple pie pizza) and a BYO pizza option. Would recommend!

Over thirty ingredients if you don’t like what they have on the menu.

Loved this place. The pizza was great. I loved the way you have your pizza built special right before your eyes so that you'll see exactly what's going on. The service and atmosphere was very nice as well.

The food was amazing! We ordered pepperoni pizza, cheese bread, teriyaki wings, and honey bbq wings. Everything was absolutely delicious. While waiting for my order, I watched the team preparing and cooking the food. It was like watching a well choreographed ballet! Everyone behind the counter played a role and they moved like perfectly timed cogs in a machine. It was fascinating to watch. Definitely 5 star and we will certainly come back and eat here again!!

Great service and great pizza dine in... Always fresh and served hot. The employees always generous and kind. Go above and beyond to make sure ur happy. Love this place. Family owned and it shows. Pride in their food and their establishment. My wife always gets the chicken pesto pizza and it is shockingly good. Today I had the Gyro Hero pizza with tazk on the side…. So good!!! Go get you some!

Having lived in the Western United States, I am a long time fan of brick oven pizza. It's been tough to find it in Eastern North Carolina until the last couple of years. Pizza Forno has been popular for a couple of reasons. The staff is friendly, efficient, and with 30 different toppings you can individually select, there's something for everyone. For just under $11, you can get any of their pizzas. They are meant to be individual, but are about 12", so they can be shared if you don't have a big appetite. We stopped in around 5:30 on Friday night and it was jammin. Orders were being made as fast as the 5 employees could crank them out. Many people were ordering 4-6 pizzas plus other items on the menu. We waited maybe 10 or 15 minutes. As the rush died down, it was about half that. One thing about brick oven is that they cook much faster than a regular pizza oven. They have bottled soda, juice and beer, as well as a drink dispenser and several beers on tap. We were very pleased with our experience here.

I LOVE the Pesto Chicken with added black olives. Today he suggested to spice it up with Sumac. I couldn’t believe it made it better because I thought they had already gotten to perfection on this one!!

It takes a little bit for the pizza, but it is worth waiting for- fresh, quality ingredients, best pizza I've ever had, hands down. The sauce is 🤌 wish I'd come here sooner!

I love how clean it was the food was amazing I got like the biggest salad ever! Then the staff was kind enough to cut our toddlers pizza in smaller slices:) good prices too

First visit today and I am very impressed! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The vibe of the restaurant was laid back and relaxing. Quick cooking times for lunch. The pizza was reasonably priced and packed with AMAZING flavor. Highly recommend to anyone! I will be back soon 🙂

Good pizza. Seemed a bit noisy, but kids of all ages were having a good time.

We ordered 7 take out orders, we had a few missing ingredients, but honestly, it didn't matter because the pizza was absolutely delicious. Definitely will be going back

I need a place like closer to home. Food was great and so was the atmosphere. The prices were super reasonable. I’d rather go here than one of these other fast food restaurants.

You eat here once, then all of a sudden you’re getting a pizza every weekend. The ingredients, assembly, & baking is too good and addictive. Very fresh flavors, especially the pesto. All workers here need a raise though.

It was my birthday..met family and friends... ate wonderful food...had great time, wine and laughter...and attentive owner was fantastic. Could not have asked for a more wonderful night.

Sam has outdone himself again with this restaurant! (Olea's is down right amazing as well!) These pizzas are amazing. We tried the Gyro Hero and the Margherita pizza and it was everything we had not to eat both entire pizzas in one sitting between the two of us! The crusts are so light yet fluffy, they aren't to fillings. And the toppings are just right. Definitely the BEST pizza place in town! I can't wait to try everything on the menu!

Best pizza crust and sauce ever. Fresh toppings, including green olives! Have driven past this place many times and finally gave it a try. Cool atmosphere and friendly staff. Pizza was ready by the time I filled my drink.
