Very kind and skilled staff. Saw me quickly and helped me get back to normal quickly. They took their time and listened to my concerns and never rushed me. Highly highly recommended for all the family!

Carrie was wonderful, she worked my daughter in during lunch. My daughter was very dehydrated , the staff stayed and started an IV. They called and checked on her later that day and the following morning. Thanks again for going above and beyond normal care!

From the time I walked in the door til I left everyone went out of their way to meet my needs. I was in and out in a very short time. Didn't even have to wait on the prescriptions to be called in. I would highly recommend.

Would not suggest due to the fact my step daughter was told she could not pay private pay due to it being illegal which is not so because they do not accept her insurance. Patients can pay private pay and not use insurance no where in the state of Mississippi or any other state is that a law. I find that to be poor management skills and also lack of education in provider and management. Don't lie to patients it's not a good look on any professional business. I work in the medial field and anyone can choose private pay. Just find this to be very unprofessional! You do not hv to be credentialed with an insurance or any insurance government or commercial for a self pay visit you aren’t filing with insurance bc it’s self pay that would be illegal there if you filed self pay and an insurance company this is where education is needed to learn how that works. Don’t make excuses just own your mistakes. Thank you for your acknowledgment and sadly still incorrect information. Hope this practice can fix this problem and educating on this manner.
