Great gym and very affordable. I was finally able to find a gym close to home that is family friendly. Everyone at the gym are helpful. Chris is very great instructor and he will always help out and if there is something you would like to learn, just ask him and he will incorporate it into the lesson. His assistant Thom is also very helpful and great instructor also. Also Chris is willing to work with you on payments. Which is also great. One of the best gym in Northern Utah

With my job, I have had the privilege to travel all over the US and while doing so, I make it a point to stop into local gyms to keep up my chops. I can say with no reservations that Chris is one of the best instructors out there. This is a GOOD gym with good students taking on the characteristics of their instructor. Chris is one of the most down to earth and approachable guys I have had the privilege of training under and instantly makes anyone feel welcomed; he also has the tenure and experience to back up his coaching with multiple awards and US army decorations humbly displayed around his space. if you ever have the opportunity to stop by here, I encourage you to do so, as it might be one of the best representations of what martial arts is meant to embody.

I have been training here for about 3 months now and have had a great time. There is a very positive atmosphere, and everyone is there to help each other improve. You can tell that Chris (the instructor) is very passionate about teaching and training Martial Arts. He's a very genuine guy, who cares for his students. I can't say enough good things about this place, you have to try it out for yourself.

I just love Destination MMA gym! If you guys want to train some martial arts (Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Karate, Kick boxing, MMA) or keep yourself in shape, self-defense, and be tough... You guys should come check it out at Destination MMA! :)

Chris, the owner and instructor has a lot of passion, and a great deal of patience with his students. Great gym full of great people. Prices are the best in town for the level of instruction given.

Chris Kennedy is an amazing instructor! I love how knowledgeable he is and I love that this place keeps me motivated to keep up my strength and skills! One day I'll be better than him! I love all of the space, techniques and inspiration too!!!

Chris was very hospitable on a business trip I had. I had an extra evening where I could do a little kick boxing and he said that I could drop in for free even though he knew I wouldn't be a long-term customer. I donated a little bit because of his kindness. Everyone was very welcoming to a newbie!

Great training, Chris is known for his strong jitz but I REALLY dug his traditional muay thai. I'm training In Thailand right now and it's pretty dang close! Chris did a great job bringing back his time here and is a super kind man (that will make you tough as hell)

Been looking for an affordable gym to train at for a few years and I've found it here. Great atmosphere and great instruction. Chris worked with me to get a great deal and thats what took it from 4 to 5 stars for me.

Coach Kennedy is a very experienced martial artist with experience in many disciplines and great Brazilian Jiu Jitsu knowledge. An absolute pleasure to train with.

The instruction is very clear, the workout was tough, and the atmosphere was ego free. Really glad I stopped by during my stay in Ogden. Wish I could have stayed and trained here longer!

Place is clean and the people are great! Chris’s knowledge is staggering and his ability to clearly communicate that knowledge as a teacher always makes for an amazing experience.
