i love that Pat and Donna are determined to make sure that I get back what I should. Even though I no longer live in Mississippi I will continue to use them. Their service is worth every single penny!

Ms.daisy went above and beyond to make our experience the best.. she was so kind and patient with my family.. she swooped us up and mothered us through to best refund we have received. She stayed past closing, double checked with others to verify that we would in fact be getting our full refund and made copies of things that only MIGHT be needed, all so we wouldn't have to make another trip. She was very thorough on explaining and then understanding our specific families differences and then giving that information to the IRS so we wouldn't end up not having our refund reflect our true income values etc. A+++
