Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Cars have all been nice and clean. They’ll usually upgrade me into the next sedan class with no status. Be prepared for a line, most poplar of the three rental options at GTR. Had a flat tire and replaced the vehicle with no hassle or issues.

I use Enterprise several times a year. I have a 3 hour drive to an airport, and it is easy to rent from one airport and return to the one I’m flying out of. No need to leave my car in a parking lot for weeks and pay those ridiculous fees. I will always have new car to drive to and from and Enterprise is always accommodating. Their cars are cleaned and sanitized and usually almost new.

I enjoyed my rental car experience and their customer service is amazing. I would recommend enterprise to everyone I know. They were amazing we had some trouble with our rental car and they brought me a new one at no charge. Enterprise will always be who I rent my vehicles from.

Very easy check-in and check-out. I reserve my car online, go into Enterprise and give my name and ID, then pay, then out the door....
To return, just park and return key and contract....
I like to use Enterprise because it's simplified! Thank you for that!

I received good customer service even when I thought it was going wrong. I talked to an agent over the phone thru the 800 number and not one time did they inform me that I needed a credit card in order to rent a suv. I ended up happy because the local agent found a vehicle to fit my needs and it was cheaper. Shoutout to Columbus Mississippi Airport!
