The Salvation Army Carteret County

I did a little thrifting tour of Morehead City on Good Friday.

This store is quite possibly one of the neatest thrift stores I've ever been in.

I never look at the clothes or shoes when I thrift.

There was ample parking. I love that the Salvation Army has color days.

The home decor was low stock but no fault of the store. I was very impressed and will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Donated here 9 times and more to give. Impressed with how clean the drop off zone is kept. Also the gentleman that works there and the manager, Melissa, are both the kindness, most helpful people ever. Makes the visit pleasant.

I've never shopped here but once in my life. I would like to say I gave them a try about 3 months ago and now I can't stay away. I go there now at least 2 times a week if not more. I love this store. The prices and everything they get is great things and have most of everything anyone wants or needs. All the staff are wonderful too. If there's anyone that hasn't never tried it needs to at least 1 time and I bet you will get hooked like me.

We shop here frequently. The ladies are so nice. They are always very pleasant. We find good deals albeit pricey at times.

My wife likes to go there sometimes she finds something for me then I go in and look around

I appreciate the Salvation Army and their outreach for our communities.
I've not visited the store, but was a recipient of a piggly wiggly food card. Can I tell you how much that helped on my grocery bill!!!

This place is superb! Super clean, clothes organized by color and hung nicely. It's not cramped and impossible to actually find stuff like most. My only complaint is the front door, I think someone in a wheelchair or with a stroller may have issues getting in and out.

It’s a nice clean store, and the prices here are much better than what we’re used to seeing up north. Jeans for $3-4, shirts for $2-4, everything looked reasonably priced. They have good color tag sales as well. Selection is so-so, like any thrift store it’s hit or miss.

Clean store that is much smaller than it looks from the outside. Senior discount offered which is nice. Friendly workers too.

this is a great store anyone says this is a Fraudulent business is ignorant. Salvation Army gives 90% of their income to the needy that's why we shop there instead of goodwill

Because it always has a good turnover of different merchandise and the sales are always different each day. And it is usually reasonable .

Always helpful. The thrift store is clean and well organized.
