I called By-Pass for an estimate after my front bumper was hit by a loose tire off of HWY 70 one night. The front right corner was smashed in, my parking sensor was busted, and part of my headlights were damaged as well. When I called, Stormi let me know they had time to go ahead and check my car out right then. After a quick look I was given a rough estimate. I was able to take my car in 3 days later when they received the parts that were needed. The time it took for the repair was exactly what they quoted me and they called me halfway through the process to reconfirm my pick-up date. Christine was great to work with when I picked up the car. I could not recommend them enough for their customer service and professionalism. Thank you for the great work you did to fix my car!

WOW - these folks saved my life. I was only in the area for a couple of days and managed to damage my front bumper cover. They put it back together for me in 1.5 days. Reasonable prices and prompt, courteous and professional service. I highly recommend their work!

Loved this place! The final invoice matched the quote. There were no surprises at all. And the quality of the work was tremendous. They did some body and paint work on my door that had been backed into. Literally looks as good as new!!!
