Great place with a very knowledgeable staff. Gary knows his stuff and was very up front about what was needed on my truck.

Had a 7.5 RC Lift done to my 15' Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4. Not only did they sit down with me one on one until I was completely satisfied with my order, they also answered every question I had and provided me everything I asked for. I felt like family was helping me with the process, not a "salesman". Best service I've had since moving here in 2012. If you want to feel like you matter as a customer I would definitely recommend this place. you won't be disappointed. Future projects with Cool Image are: 6" RC Lift/ wheels and tires as well as other suspension components for my Chevy Colorado and Leather heated seats for my 15' Chevy Silverado. Took my 2023 F150 to them and they made my new truck sound incredible. There knowledge is next to none. I have used 3 different companies in the past and I will leave them there. If you want your system to sound amazing go see them. If you tell them your expectations they will exceed them.

Today was my first time visiting this place and I will definitely be back for all of my car audio and tinting needs. Everyone there was so knowledgeable and helpful and very nice. I paid $200 to get my radio put in and that included labor and a wire harness and a dash kit. I thought that Was a very reasonable price and they even take cash. The building was very clean and modern. 10/10.

I wanted to put LED headlights in my Honda Odyssey, I called Gene's Audio and was told I would hear back in a day or two. I called Cool Image and they got me in the day after. Super nice workman as well as excellent service. I still haven't heard back from the other place:(

this is my second experience with them very knowledgeable staff. My first experience was getting my windows tinted last year and they did a very good job. I Recently went in there to inquire about upgrading my headlights. The gentleman who I believe is one of the owners explained to me why a certain kit would work better on my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. he answered all of my questions. I Purchased the kit and took it home where it only took me about 30 minutes to install. the kit works great on my vehicle and there are no issues. I appreciate their knowledge and experience. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to anybody who needs tint, audio or vehicle upgrades. Thanks again folks!

I got my security alarm system on my car. They are nice I paid about $1,200 for it. It was worth it

I took my truck to these guys and I had a couple special requests Natasha told I was scheduled for install only..I was bit bummed but happy to finally have the install completed . But when I picked it
They had installed EVERYTHING…my new clock my the tachometer and repositioned my oil pressure guage I was so surprised and they did it with expertise.. I am super thrilled with these guys I will be replacing my speakers in the future and will be back

I went there to get a quote on wheels and tires for my 370z and the rep Michael Johnson was the nicest guy. He was very informative, courteous and patient with me in choosing my wheel and tire package. The service was so good, that I'm going back in a couple months to get my sound system upgraded. This is the place to for wheels and tires. They also did a great job on my window tinting as well!

I can't believe I am just now writing a review after I have taken all my cars here since I got my license in 2010! Recently had to take my car by to check on my sub's sound/wiring after I got it painted & they put the sub's back in backwards & everyone was so nice and helpful. They truly care about their customers experience & give the best advice they can to get you the best service & products. Highly recommend this local family owned business!

The owner seems to be Hands-On at this place and very knowledgeable and reasonable price for labor and most importantly they helped me determine what gauge wires Etc I would need to have the best sounding system. They put one in my 97 Explorer 3 years ago and she rode strong no issues very professional install. I just never got around to doing it review and I'm about to go back with my 07 Explorer I'm sure they will again be extremely friendly and helpful with helping me determine exactly what i need to complete my system the right way.

All 3 of my sons have repeatedly been going back installing their equipment in their trucks and cars since they first opened their doors. Now in their 30's and one 23 they trust and know they are the very best of the best. Henry brothers of Beaufort would tell you no different.

I'm really impressed with Cool Image. I wanted my windows tinted and I wanted them dark. I was informed it was illegal so they wouldn't be able to tint them my way. But I knew they were the company I wanted working on my car. It was explained they would be able to make it dark enough and I would be happy. They were right. They look great. Thank you Cool Image!

Experienced, Knowledgable, and Friendly team! They made adjustments to work with my busy schedule. They walked me through every step and were some of the nicest people I've met in customer service. If you don't know what to purchase then just give them your budget and explain what you're looking for and they'll hook you up! I'll always come back because I know the service and quality will be awesome every time.

It was my last ditch effort... I had visited car audio shops in Greenville and in New Bern and the shop owners/workers treated me like i knew NOTHING making me feel like an idiot for asking questions and not just accepting their word as gospel... I looked up Cool Image called hoping to find someone who I could hire to do some car security and audio work and on my first call the owner spent over an hour on the phone hearing my car audio and car security needs and questions. I could tell from this first conversation that his concern is not about the money he makes, but it is about the relationships he forms with his clients... knowing that with good relationships... his business will succeed. Finally I found a the shop that would get my business.

If you are looking for a business that will embrace you as a customer, valuing you as a consumer and client these guys are the best in the business. They are a true customer first business.

On top of that, we had a few very minor issues since installation and the cool image team has gone above and beyond to make sure my security and sound systems are tweaked perfectly to my needs.

When i need future car audio and security work i will ONLY go to Cool Image.
